I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My experience has been very positive so far as I look to buy a used vehicle. Just purchased my second Subaru from Huebner and Jackie Dewitt, and highly recommend this dealership. They provide great service, have the best Subaru prices in the area, and answer all questions without any of the normal sales pressure.
Serra bought Park Auto in 2017 and although many Park employees are still there, the overall management is clearly different and more oriented to corporate sales instead of customer satisfaction. My recent purchase experience showed they are no longer the same company that I respected and trusted in the past. My suggestion is to shop more carefully and compare other dealers.
I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a few months and went into this dealership several times over the past few months and was never disappointed. The salesman Alex Maurer met with me each time to help me figure out all the features and add in I wanted while staying within my budget. He was very upfront and honest, never pushy, and really took the time to find out what I wanted. After several months, and a lot of work and effort on his part, he found what I wanted for the price I wanted as well. I was in and out and didn’t have to spend an entire day going back and forth on the price. He and the finance team worked really hard when I was not there to work out the deal I wanted so all I had to do was come in, sign paperwork. He took the time to fully go over all the features of my new vehicle and how to use them. I will definitely continue to be a customer of this dealership after the experience I had!
My family and I had an amazing experience at this location. Our sales representative, Terry, was not only accommodating but also understanding of our financial situation. Terry went above and beyond when financing our vehicle. He tried multiple financial institutions, and he advocated for our case. Finally, after his hard work and dedication to our financing, Terry supported us in driving home a 2015 Kia Optima with only 51,000 miles and a clean title history. Additionally, we had a trade-in that was not running, and Terry stayed late on a Saturday to tow the vehicle, designate a loner vehicle, and secure an appointment for early the following week. I've come to this dealership before due to a recall on my 2007 Mazda. I've always had good customer service in the maintenance department, so when it was time to finally buy a car I decided this dealership would be a good start. I'm SO happy I made that decision because the customer service and atmosphere here is excellent! Joby was super helpful, listened to all my ridiculous requests and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend working with Joby if you have the opportunity to do so. Shane was super helpful explaining my finance options and made sure to explain the process while we waited for my information to come back from the bank. Jeremy went through the paperwork thoroughly and quickly and made sure to stop and answer any questions I had, in detail. I was even there past closing time (I try not to be that person -seriously!) and no one even batted an eye about having to stay late to accommodate me. Overall, excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the Mazda brand and the Kent dealership.
Can???t find words to express my sincere gratitude to Tom Davis, David Piatt, and Rick Preast! I am a widow and first time car shopping alone. Within minutes, I felt like I was with family! I never had one minute of discomfort. I???m sure everyone is treated with respect, but I believe these guys went above and beyond to make me comfortable.
