My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. Extremely comfortable and SUPER spacious. VERY quiet engine, very low maintenance as nothing nothing failed so far during the 5 yrs I have owned this vehicle except for new tires and Battery.
On Tuesday November 14th 2017 we purchased a vehicle from Johnny at Burns Auto and Truck Center. I was giving great customer service. The professionalism was awesome everything that I expected was provided. Johnny was great and walking through everything that I was doing and needed help with. And Gene the finance mgr was great at helping me get into the vehicle I want it. The facility was very clean organized and do appearances all the vehicle look great. This car has been an excellent family car for us with the easily accessible 3rd row. For having a 3rd row, the SUV does not seem overly large and performs well in all driving conditions with the AWD. I have always said how comfortable the vehicle is on long road trips. Great SUV!!!
My experience with peruzzi Mazda was nothing short of a great experience. My sales associate Doug was excellent, truly went the extra mile to get me out the door with a car and deal I was very happy with. Unfortunately the Mazda 3 I leased was totalled recently after i was rear ended. I will be taking my business back to peruzzi and will work with Doug again!
I've owned the car for only 3 weeks.

Well built. Excellent traction and acceleration, driver view, room, leather quality in all seats, nice panel displays, drives like a car, gas mileage not great.
Great experience and great staff. Very generous and kind throughout the buying experience. Would strongly recommend this dealership to others looking for a new vehicle. Great mom and pop feel from beginning to end. Purchased a 2008 Toyota Tundra.

I purchased this car over a year ago as a certified dealer demo. I had been driving Subarus and other SUV's. The Subarus have uncomfortable seats. The CX-9 has very comfortable seats, great driving dynamics. Plenty of power with the turbo and the most quiet car I have owned. It is also a beautiful design especially in Soul red.
Matt is a great sales guy. We purchased three Subaru's within a year. We absolutely love our Subaru's and Matt is our go to guy. He is patient and answers all your questions. Event after you leave if you have questions he will respond promptly. I would definitely recommend Matt and this dealership.

We were looking for something with more space but not quite the size of a full size SUV. This car is the perfect fit, it has 3 rows, with enough space for adults in all 3 rows, and all 3 rows are very comfortable to sit in. It has the higher profile we were looking for, the ride is very smooth, and it's a very fin car to drive. It has AWD, and the Entertainment system is reliable, easy to use, and the best I have ever seen in a car. The only negative is that the gas milage is lower that that of it's competitors, but considering it's reliability, and everything you can get for the price compared to it's competitors, it is well worth it.

This car met all of my needs. It has plenty of room. I love being able to play music and use my phone through the blue tooth. No cords! Very comfy vehicle. Perfect for what I needed!

This is my second CX9. I got the new redesigned one because I loved my old one and the new look is awesom. They really hit the nail on the head with this new redesign. The CX5 is also super cute. Mine is also so much fun to drive. I wish Mazda had a bigger version or a cool looking mini van.
I have been going to Open Road Honda for 6 years now and have leased 3 cars through them. Jesse is the man! He has always been so helpful anytime I come in or even to simply just ask a question. Always so attentive and the staff is so welcoming.

We bought it used from a dealer. The navigation system sucks and we end up using apple maps. The gas mileage is not great but otherwise it is comfortable and prety reliable. We have had a few repair issues with the dealer
This place was amazing. I don't have the best credit so I went in with low expectations but high hopes. I walked out with a 2018 car and payments I can afford thanks to everyone working with me from the car to the insurance. Thank you Danis

I had under 80K on my 2014 Mazda CX-9 and the engine had to be completely replaced. I take exceptional care of my vehicles. This was extremely disappointing and an enormous cost to swallow. I bought this car for it's reliability. Mechanic said that he has seen this happen on a few of these.
Wonderful salesmanship. Good quality cars. No high pressure sales tactics they were all very cordial and honest. I found the car of my dreams. Gary and John were excellent. Would definitely recommend

We love our Mazda CX9. It's 8 years old and we are the original owners. It's been a GREAT car until we took it in for an airbag recall notice and the service tech BLEW OUR ENGINE while working on it! We're currently living a nightmare trying to work out a resolution with Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro, Oregon!
From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. I proudly rang that bell on the way out the door and was proud to have my pic taken with Frank with my cool new ride! Thanks Frank. I'll be sending anyone who asks for a recommendation to you.

Currently leasing. I have nearly 50k on it, with no significant issues. There is an occasional squeaking from the rear suspension. Fuel economy in mostly highway driving is 24 mpg. The car is very fun to drive for it's size. I'm a Mazda fan; if you enjoy driving, this is the suv for you. The car is a real head-turner; probably the best looking seven passenger suv. I have the signature series, so my comments apply to that trim model. The Bose sound system is exceptional. I'm an audiophile and musician, and I can say that I've never heard such an in-car sound system. Although I'm tall, I'm thin, so the seat width is fine for me. However, if you're broader in the beam, you might find the front seats too narrow. My only real complaint is that the front seat needs the ability to tilt. More thigh support would be good, too. That being said, I've driven 12-hour trips without fatigue. I have no doubt that there are better suv's, but I think that the cx-9 is a real value. My understanding is that my minor complaints regarding the front seat have been addressed.
