Folsom Lake FordReviews
Folsom Lake Ford review
We just purchase a 2020 Ford Explorer ST from TREVOR PARK at Folsom Lake Ford. Trevor took the time to go over every possible feature and was so knowledgeable! We were impressed. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely patient, respectful and professional! Overall our purchasing experience was one of the best we've experienced, everyone is very friendly and greets you with a smile. The assistant sales manager "Kentucky" went above and beyond as well. If your looking for a great place to buy a vehicle, definitely go to Folsom Lake Ford and see TREVOR PARK he certainly will not disappoint!

CarMax Sacramento South review
I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

This dealership is a great place to buy your new Mazda! Sergey, my salesman, was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. He went through all the details on how to use the car's many features and knew the answers to all of my questions. One very important thing: they didn't try to sneak any additional charges into the contract after we agreed on the price. Most car dealerships that I have bought from do this, but not Maita Mazda. This is one place that is thinking long-term and working to create a solid reputation and many happy, returning customers!

I had a wonderful experience working with Masi when purchasing my new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. He was professional, patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Even after the purchase, Masi continued to check in and make sure everything was going well, which really showed that he cared about my experience beyond just making the sale. I’m very happy with my new Sonata Hybrid and truly appreciate Masi, Luke, and the entire team for making the experience comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Masi to anyone looking for a Hyundai! 💙🚗

I had a great experience buying from Asaad of Industry Motors. In my experience he provided great customer service, was very personable, fair and straight forward while looking for a car for my teenagers. He took time to answer all my questions on the phone and in person and made me feel like he valued my business. I appreciated him taking time to explain the car buying process to my son. I left Industry Motors very satisfied with the customer service and vehicle I received. I highly recommend if a clear, straightforward, and customer centered experience is important to you. Thank you Asaad!
