2016 Mazda CX-3 review
We had this car 2021 till 'l2025 accumulating 100k miles. FWD and 2.0l. it's super extra reliable. Never had any problems mechanically or electronically. Infotainment system is pretty sluggish tho. Takes ages to boot up and connect to the phone. Also it shuts off the minute you kill the engine. A bit annoying. Also since it was FWD the rear tended to slip a lot on wet surface. Like if you go a bit faster on a curve rear would slip. Probably AWD is a must. But if you looking for agile, dynamic car for a fraction of the cost tlwhich is really reliable this can is for you.

2016 Mazda CX-3 review

2007 Mazda MX-5 Miata review
So I owned my 2007 Miata for one year and two months until someone hit it when it was parked, and it got totaled. I bought it for $7000 and it had 213000 miles on it. The first year I spent around $1500 on repairs, maybe this number is so high because I wanted to take care of it well and others don't care to repair something immediately when it needs to be repaired. I also did all repairs with my dad so labor costs were not an issue. I talked to many friends who have cars like mustangs, enclaves and maximas and they pretty much all spent under 1,000 on repairs in the first year (they spent an average of like 400-500). Their cars ranged in years and miles. I assume the high milage on this car made the more frequent repairs needed. Anyway I loved this car gas milage was good and there was a few leaks like the rear brake light needed new gaskets under it. Great car but I feel like I was cheated a bit.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
My tenth Mazda since 2010. Good looking vehicle, interior is well done. My only issue is road noise from the tires. It is a Turbo Premium Plus but louder than my 2019 CX9 GT. Not much wind noise or any other noise but just the tires.

as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

2023 Mazda CX-9 review
Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

2024 Mazda CX-30 review
The turbo is remarkable feat of engineering. 227 HP from regular unleaded and torque that leaps right from the get-go, maxing out by 2500 rpm. 29 MPG on a trip with 2 hours of highway and 1.5 of city stop & go. Add 93 Octane and you get 240 HP and change. Very responsive steering and suspension. The Premium Plus will spoil you rotten. THAT SAID ... the gas tank is tragically under-sized. Good luck getting to 300 miles even on a well-behaved week of driving. Though 2 gallons remain when the panic lights up on the dashboard, you won't know how much you've used of it thanks to zero=2 gal on the gauge. Also, at 1 of those is just used to keep the fuel pump cooled. We've wrestled for months now over whether it's even safe to drive around these parts with a measly 275 mile range.

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

I had 2018 cx-5 for 6 years and traded for 2025 cx-50 last October it has 6800 miles on it now here’s my opinion on both vehicles CX-5 has more mature feeling when you drive it Feels heavier and quieter and eat more gas also little bit of old technology than cx-50 CX-50 has good gas mileage, little more power, lighter feel than cx-5,newer technology and better seats than cx-5 Also when you drive on highway it’s more comfortable for steer feeling than cx-5 So it’s your preference of what kind of drive feels do you like Both vehicles have a good reliability

2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

2014 Mazda Mazda6 review
Great car for everyday use that doesn't break the bank. I get under 6.5 liters per 100 kilometers after religiously monitoring fuel consumption for almost 50,000 kilometers. For a 2.0 gasoline engine, that's quite an achievement. The car also proved to be reliable on long trips, offering plenty of luggage space and a comfortable ride. The only annoying thing is the interior noise when driving on the highway.

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

2019 Mazda CX-3 review
Drives like it looks, sharp and smooth. (It’s faster than you’d expect) and I haven’t had any problems or issues with it mechanically. Bought it new in 2019. It’s been paid off for 2 years now and I Still own it…I Didn’t buy it to carpool, and thankfully I don’t have kids. My fiancé and I traded in our ‘07 Mx5 5spd and bought the 2019 Cx3 Gt AwD mostly to take on road trips and it’s been perfect for that. But it’s been used to do all sorts of things. It currently has 47k and it’s doing just fine. It’s the perfect sized car for a normal couple with normal hobbies. Don’t compare it to something it’s not like a 4Runner or a Cx5 and you won’t be disappointed or have anything negative to say about it. BTW it was recently voted “Car of the Decade” by Driven (NZ)

2019 Mazda CX-3 review
I traded my 07’ Mx5 for a 2019 cx3 GT AWD crystal blue w parchment leather. I love the cruise control you can set it and it basically drives itself. It will slow and speed up, it also stops for you if you’re at a stop and you don’t use the (auto hold) or forget to, if you start to go and there’s a car in front of you it will stop the car for you. It’s saved me from having an accident several times. It reminds me of my Mx5 of course that’s not a fair comparison, but it’s fun like my Mx5 just as fun in a different way. I like the size and all of the options. But the main reason why I choose the Cx3 is because I love the way it looks. Most smaller SUV’s are ugly. But the Cx3 is different. That’s probably why the Cx3 is still in production in some parts of the world. Yes there’s a 2024 Cx3 and it hasn’t changed much in almost 10 years. Too bad it’s not still produced in the US. My best advice for anyone looking to buy a Cx3 is to test drive a few different trim levels. (Sport, Touring and Grand Touring) personally I can’t always see at night, so I decided that I needed the LED headlights and I wanted the Bose sound system. But after owning it for 5 years and 40k miles I think Bose car stereos are overrated. It shouldn’t be a dealbreaker the regular sound system is just as good. But really think about the features that are important to you, and don’t settle. For example If you want Car play or android auto, then tell the dealer that you want car play installed or your not going to buy from them and I’m going to bet that they’ll get it installed for you. Just keep in mind that the Sport model and the GT model are priced differently for a reason. Personally I have mixed feelings about the AWD system, it’s amazing how it works but I don’t think it’s necessary for the majority of people. Thanks for reading. This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
2023 Mazda MX-5 Miata review
December 2024 bought a 2023 Mazda Miata Grand Touring with 34,500 miles. Drove the car from South Florida to the SC coast, 10 hours. Fantastic fun drive! 6 speed manual with a soft top only weighs 2350 pounds, spirited ride, excellent power and fuel economy, 35 mpg. Good tech with blind spot monitors, cruise, power windows and locks. Push button start, heated seats and navigation just enough tech. Puts a smile on your face just looking at it, lots of compliments and you are just happy driving this magnificent, magical machine!! Just love it! 🥰

2025 Mazda CX-70 review
Did road trip Florida to Pa.. Without turbo, still has enough power to pass with ease. Use WAZE for navigation, the Mazda GPS - learning curve. I think for $50,000 Premium Plus it should come with fog lights. Little more curtesy lighting or illuminating door lock/unlock door switch. A little more secure storage would also be nice. The car is still a keeper and no plans to replace. Average 27.4 MPH.

2021 Mazda CX-9 review
I absolutely love this car, its so comfortable so luxurious, such a nice smooth ride, powerful and spacious! I owned it for over a year, my only complaint, it didn't get very good gas mileage as I drove mostly around town. I averaged 24mpg around town, and about 28mpg on the highway. If it had gotten better gas mileage I would have kept it forever!

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata review
I moved up from a 2015 Mazda 3 sport to the 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata Grand Touring soft top in May of 2020. It is soul red with tan leather interior. I have received many compliments from people who say the car looks more expensive then it really is. I prefer the soft top over the hard top model because it was almost 5 grand cheaper and I get more open space when driving with the top down. Takes me about two seconds to drop the top even while I'm sitting in the driver seat at a stop light. It is a lot of fun in sport mode on the highway as you can easily pass about anyone in seconds. Sometimes people move out of you way when they see you in their rear view mirror, lol. I turned off the lane departure feature as it beeps too much for me. I love the blind spot feature, automatic headlights, automatic climate control, seat heaters, and rain sensing wipers. There is a lot of wind noise in the cabin even with the top up and it is not as comfortable on long rides like the Mazda 3 was but I wouldn't go back. The trunk space is only good for one week of groceries or one carry on suitcase. There is no spare tire so I recommend having roadside assistance. CarPlay for iPhone works seamlessly and the Bose system sounds awesome. Build quality is top notch on this car, nothing feels cheap, and everything is laid out well. You have storage behind your seats but be aware the glove box is in between the seats and can be blocked by anything in the cup holders. I'm 5 foot 3 so this car fits me perfectly.
