Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.

I have now worked with Loyalty Ambassador Mr. Kurt Collins on two separate occasions - once to move from a lease to a finance (Apr '24), and once to lease a new vehicle (Aug '24). In both instances, Mr. Collins distinguished himself by offering a comfortable approach to the task at hand. Mr. Collins was friendly, detail-oriented, and a true asset to the myriad of directly and indirectly-related questions. If you are in the market for a new Mazda vehicle, do yourself a solid and ask for Kurt Collins by name!

Safford Hyundai Fairfax review
I had work done on my Hyundai Sonata on February 17, 2025 and Josh Durdaller was the Service Advisor. Josh was very courteous & greeted me cheerfully as I approached the desk to do the paperwork for maintenance on my car. Later on he let me know that certain services needed to be done on my car to keep it in good working order. He patiently explained all the work that needed to be done and how long it had been since I had had those services performed. And Josh was right - the services he recommended did need to be done. I trust Josh because I have worked with him throughout the years and he always been honest and straightforward with me. He is very professional in his work. You have my permission use my review any way you see fit. Sam McCrea
2019 Mazda Mazda3 review
Aside from the poor positioning of the cupholders and zero ambient lighting, this car is amazing. I've only had it for a month, but it may be my favorite car that I've had. I knew nothing about Mazda and I bought the car online without seeing it first, but really have no regrets. The 12 speaker Bose soundsystem is amazing (which is why I bought it) and I've taken it on a 4,000 mile roadtrip and it was a lot of fun to drive. The "deep crystal blue" color is beautiful and the gas mileage is decent around the city but great on the highway. I'm averaging 320 miles to a tank in the city and 460 on the highway. All in all a great purchase.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! Purchasing a vehicle out of state can be challenging, but Don at Safford Hyundai in Fairfax, Virginia, made the experience exceptional. From August through October, he consistently demonstrated outstanding communication, professionalism, and dedication. He went above and beyond to help navigate title delays, coordinate details, provide updates and photos, and ensure a smooth handoff to the transport driver. Throughout this extended process, Don remained helpful, responsive, and committed to seeing everything through. His dedication and customer service made a real difference in our experience. Don is an outstanding representative of Safford Hyundai, and we couldn't be more appreciative of his efforts. Highly recommend working with him!
2017 Mazda Mazda3 review
I've been driving Mazda3 for 6 years. It is the best car among all the cars I've tried in the same price range. The sound system is totally the best, which is important for me as a musician. I have rented even newer models of other car brands and the sound system were trashy, also I had to carry the actual key, which is annoying. I like that Mazda3 has a sensor lock and starts with a button, and I don't have to carry a bulky key. Never had any failures with this car.

I had the pleasure of working with salesman Kamau Dawson. He was very easy to work with and got me through the process easily and quickly. I almost gave up looking for a car. I had a great experience and I will refer my family and friends to Mr. Dawson if they decide to purchase a vehicle. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. He was also respectful and not pushy.

2019 Mazda Mazda3 review
This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Silver Spring review
Brian has been my Service Advisor from day one. He has old school manners that are demonstrated to new/old customers. He presents well, is honest, and knowledgeable. His professionalism is cross platform. And, if you are just getting scheduled maintenance or having issues, his temperament is scalable to the situation. He gives his all to make your day better. Thank you for hiring/maintaining the right person for the position. He really deserves more. My name is Elliott Ware. And, I endorse this review.
2024 Mazda Mazda3 review
Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

Ammoury AutoReviews
Ammoury Auto review
Hey, these guys at Ammoury Auto were straight up with me. I drove from Duluth, Minn. to test drive a Camry off the lot. Mike was very helpful and knowledgable about the car. He was willing to guarantee that I could drive the car back to Duluth. My questions about the car were all answered, I was allowed to put the car on the hoist to inspect the undercarriage, and the carfax report was discussed. I was told to test drive the car for hours if I needed to. I felt that the car matched what was descibed on-line and over the phone. The purchase and paperwork to get the vehicle was completed in less than 1 hour. They even recommended a nice restaraunt for dinner. Since then, I've put over 3,000 mi. on that car in 3 weeks! I love it, and I feel that I got the car closest to what I wanted, at the most affordable price in the country!!! Thanks Guys!
2013 Mazda Mazda3 review
I purchased my 2013 Mazda 3i Grand Touring Hatchback (manual transmission) in 2014 and the previous owner had put 30K miles on it. I've now got 140K and still love the car. Outside of recommended maintenance, the only repair expense I've had was I decided to replace the clutch. It hadn't failed but it was starting to show some slippage. I haven't even had to replace the brake pads yet! As for likes and dislikes that someone checking out this car might not notice just from looking, here are some negatives: 1) The 1-2 shift is always a bit notchy but others are smooth. 2) The 2.0L doesn't have a lot of power in the lower revs but 3000-4000 rpms it's pretty spirited (assuming you don't have four large adults in the car) 3) I ended up replacing the OEM headunit (the BOSE with Navigation) with an Eonon. I had issues getting the Eonon working early on but after a couple updates, it's been a huge improvement. 4) The biggest negative is that at some point, I'll have to let it go. On the positive side: 1) It handles great, 2) It carries a decent amount for its size 3) It gets good gas mileage (I used to average 35mpg but in recent years my driving in this car has been more around town and it's fallen back to 31-32.) 4) It's been extremely reliable. 5) The front seats are very comfortable (I'm 5'7" and the car fits me great. I imagine taller people would not be as comfortable.)

Safford Honda Glen Burnie review
Recently I had my car in for repairs at Safford Brown Collison Department. They are top notch all the way around. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Never been involved in an accident but I am glad I went to my Honda dealer to make the repairs in a timely manner.
2023 Mazda Mazda3 review
The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

I like the fact that I can get a loaner car when my car has too much work to finish in a day. I like the fact that now we can see a video of the problem before the work is done. I have not had any problems with the car breaking down and I think that is because the mechanics are conscientious in looking out for future problems.
2025 Mazda Mazda3 review
It’s a sport car! Can get a honda or toyota with the same price but basic features. Totally worth the value. This is good for personal and family use.

2015 Mazda Mazda3 review
Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

Walked into their dealership on a Saturday morning, and two hours later I got the car I wanted at the price I expected. I also got a fair price on my trade in. Nick and his team made the buying experience very positive. Will return for future business.

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable with the car we were interested in. Glad you we’re the one to help us in finding the car we’re looking for
2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

Hamilton Mazda review
Michael Wills responded to my request about the 2007 Honda Odyssey that they had for sale. He set up an appointment for us to look at the van, made a sure I had the correct address, and the day we were going to check it out he reached out to make sure we were not having trouble with directions. He already had the vehicle up front waiting for us and walked us through the directions on the map to test drive it. The van was clean and in great condition. We decided to purchase it and he broke everything down for us so we could get a better idea of our finances. While we were signing the purchase papers Mike had them freshen up the van again and they put a full tank of gas in it for us. Their staff was friendly, and ager to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. I have never felt more welcome at a dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you for the exceptional service!!

2022 Mazda Mazda3 review
I purchased a 2022 Mazda 3 Select from Cochran Mazda in Wexford, PA. The sales lead Ben Schuster was awesome to deal with and really knew the product. The car is amazing, a step up in quality over the German made 2015 car I was driving: more power, better mpg, better fits, the best modern tech, and all the comforts.
