Very pleasant staff treated me well as a potential customer. I test drove the car I spotted online and a very good time-limited deal was offered, but I had to decline actual purchase right then as I am still early in my "search" mode. Their car is still on my list of potentials as I continue my search. Fine folks, lots of cars, and negotiating a "deal" was upfront, no pressure, and friendly.
My son purchased his first car today! Cody and Alex were great, they really made the buying process an awesome experience. If you see a car you like you need to move fast because they price their vehicle very well and it won't last long. Also, the fact that the vehicle comes with a limited warranty (most used cars don't) helped ease my mind in knowing I'm putting my son in a reliable car! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Cory greeted us and handed us over to Rick. Rick pulled up 3 different colors of the same vehicle so we could pick the right one and Dennis in finance did a great job explaining all our options there as well. We will definitely be back in the future.
It was all great. I am a repeat buyer from McCarthy-Morse and would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used. Fast, friendly and honest. All the things you look for in a buying experience. We were behind the wheel of our new car in about 2 hours - that is from the test drive to getting the keys in our hands. Loved the cool document signing technology too. Made the finance part so fast and used hardly any paper. We got everything electronically, which is not only environmentally friendly, but pretty darn convenient.
Tim was a very good salesman. He was polite and very courteous. We are very pleased with the truck we bought. The dealership was clean and the coffee was good! The finance guy was really nice and explained everything very well.
I went to this dealer and the salesperson that approached me looked like just someone sitting around when I pulled up. They were friendly and showed me around but after test driving a couple of cars and giving them my info I never heard from them again. I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere about three weeks later. From the first time I stopped by to just ask about having my vehicle serviced the Lisa was wonderful! She was very professional and friendly. Our car was serviced and cleaned and we were allowed to wait comfortably. I loved the way our repair was handled and I will not hesitate to come back for any future repairs.
Was looking at a Chevy HHR on the lot asked some questions about the rear seats and got answers back quickly had knowledge about the vehicle which was fine however asked about taking it to my mechanic to have it checked and was told I could bring him down but couldn't take it to him other dealers had no problem with it so this did bring up a concern about the dealer.
