2020 Mazda CX-5 review
Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

2020 Mazda CX-5 review
I have been driving Toyotas for 12 yrs. I intended to downsize to a Toyota Rav4 from the Highlanders. When I saw how expensive they were and how plain and cheap the interior was, I decided to look around. I did some research and decided to look at the Mazda CX5. Wow! What a nicely appointed car and quite peppy with the "sport" feature engaged. Two years later, I still love my car. MPG are good and it is the perfect size. Bye, bye Toyota.

2023 Mazda CX-30 review
This is my baby! I absolutely love this car! It handles beautifully and very comfortable to ride in. I got the select because we wanted the 18” wheels. It has better braking capability. It also has a 2.5 - 4 engine. Radio is the only con because there is no antenna. But none of the new cars have one. Overall, this is the very best car for us and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller SUV.

2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Have the 2025 CX-50 in white premium addition. Often think whether I should have bought the turbo as I wish I had some more power, but I didn’t want to give our insurance a reason to hike rates. It gets the job done and in style. Interior is nicely finished but I’ve experienced many little rattles from instrument cluster, A pillar, mounted Bose speakers, etc. lots of felt tape was needed to mitigate. Technology is the major con here. Constantly have to reconnect Bluetooth so I just plug it in now all the time. Wireless phone charger never works - it overheats seemingly after two minutes and stops working. At times the tailgate buttons seem to get confused and don’t know what you’re asking it to do. And the way the doors all lock / unlock together can be frustrating and I’ve learned that it depends on how many times you hit the disarm / unlock button on the key fob. Finally, memory seats never worked since buying it new, and I’m too lazy to bring it in all day for that. I like the car but I’m not sure I’ll get into another one after my time is up with it.

2023 Mazda CX-30 review
Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. I'm a first time car buyer and was getting very upset with my experience in buying a car. Most all the dealerships were acting like I was a nuisance, not a guest. If I asked for something they sighed and made a face. I was getting highly upset and was about to just not buy a car at all. That's when I was driving by Nissan of Norwich and decided to try one more dealership. I was not really a Nissan guy and had always owned Jeeps before this, but what does it hurt to step out of your comfort zone and try something new? I was greeted by Richard Parker who ended up being my sales associate I worked with through the entire process. I came in just as they were closing without realizing it. But he still wanted to take the time to help me out and test drive not one but two SUVs - Nissan Rouges. After test driving the 2014 Nissan Rouge, I fell in love! No more Jeep for me. I came back two days later and worked again with Richard and Eric in the finance office. The banks originaly did not approve me for the Black Rouge I wanted, but Eric called them up and used the dealerships great track record and good relationship with the bank to advocate on my behalf. It was AMAZING the magic this guy has. He actually got me Approved!! I drove away in the car I wanted! These folks at Nissan of Norwich are truly professionals and know exactly what they are doing, and they do it with Style. I can't explain how happy I am that I am in that vehicle. Unlike the other dealerships, they actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to match me with a vehicle that completely fit my needs and my budget. They were respectful of my time and what I could bring to the table and really put the effort in to make the deal happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle. They actually have a used 2012 Plum Nissan Rouge, that was my second choice it's a really nice vehicle. It won't be there for long though, I'm sure it will sell fast lol. But Go check it out, go check them out, I guarantee, you will not be disappointed at all.
2024 Mazda CX-30 review
I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

2024 Mazda Mazda3 review
I’m a very proud owner of my Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package. I’ve only owned it not even a month yet, and I wish I bought this car prior to the vehicle I traded for it. It’s still getting broken in, but it has every feature I could ask for and need. The gas mileage is great, it’s comfortable, quiet inside, has the get up and go when needed and so much more. Granted, I can’t really give a good review, but so far my Mazda 3 has really impressed me and always puts a smile on my face when I’m driving around.

2023 Mazda CX-30 review
Purchased the base CX30 in June and just reached 2500 miles. I like the 16' standard rims as new tire purchases will be less costly. The car has plenty of room up front and in the hatch, however, rear leg room is minimal. The 2.5-4 is adequate, but definitely gets up in Sport mode merging on the highway. I like the stiffer ride from the torsion bar rear suspension, although that has been a complaint from some reviewers. The interior appointments are premium imo, and I prefer the infotainment system not having the touch screen. Great little car (GLC).

2020 Mazda CX-5 review
This is our third Mazda CX-5. When this lease ends we will purchase it. The vehicle has every safety feature we could ask for. We are getting between 28 and 29 mpg in town driving. This is an outstanding vehicle.

2020 Mazda Mazda3 review
This is no luxury car but if you are looking for a smaller car with great reliabilty and lower maintenance costs this is a great option. I am a petite female and the car is quite comfortable for me. I drive 18 miles one way into Minneapolis and the ride is enjoyable enough. This is my 2nd Mazda 3, ironically same color as my previous only because of availabilty. This model year all wheel drive was available and served me well in our Minnesota winters. Standard safety features are appreciated. I don't need all the bells and whistles but I do like connecting my phone to my car.

2024 Mazda CX-30 review
The turbo is remarkable feat of engineering. 227 HP from regular unleaded and torque that leaps right from the get-go, maxing out by 2500 rpm. 29 MPG on a trip with 2 hours of highway and 1.5 of city stop & go. Add 93 Octane and you get 240 HP and change. Very responsive steering and suspension. The Premium Plus will spoil you rotten. THAT SAID ... the gas tank is tragically under-sized. Good luck getting to 300 miles even on a well-behaved week of driving. Though 2 gallons remain when the panic lights up on the dashboard, you won't know how much you've used of it thanks to zero=2 gal on the gauge. Also, at 1 of those is just used to keep the fuel pump cooled. We've wrestled for months now over whether it's even safe to drive around these parts with a measly 275 mile range.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. Excellent car. Completely fallen in love with the adaptive cruise control. I live in LA and using it on the highway with a lot of traffic is amazing. Also works great in low speeds.

We have owned the car for a month and have put on 3,000 miles. Its a lot of fun to drive but the passenger side is really lacking in leg room and the center console controls are difficult to get to. Its a real head turner!

2019 Mazda CX-9 review
We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.

2024 Mazda Mazda3 review
Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

2024 Mazda Mazda3 review
This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

2018 Mazda CX-5 review
I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

2020 Mazda CX-5 review
I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
2019 Mazda CX-3 review
Drives like it looks, sharp and smooth. (It’s faster than you’d expect) and I haven’t had any problems or issues with it mechanically. Bought it new in 2019. It’s been paid off for 2 years now and I Still own it…I Didn’t buy it to carpool, and thankfully I don’t have kids. My fiancé and I traded in our ‘07 Mx5 5spd and bought the 2019 Cx3 Gt AwD mostly to take on road trips and it’s been perfect for that. But it’s been used to do all sorts of things. It currently has 47k and it’s doing just fine. It’s the perfect sized car for a normal couple with normal hobbies. Don’t compare it to something it’s not like a 4Runner or a Cx5 and you won’t be disappointed or have anything negative to say about it. BTW it was recently voted “Car of the Decade” by Driven (NZ)
