This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

Previously we have owned a 2016 Mazda Hatchback with the 2.0 liter engine and manual transmission. Our biggest complaint with that car was the lack of power. We were not expecting a performance car, but the 2 liter engine in that car was just anemic. My wife didn't feel safe trying to pull out into traffic. We recently purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Premium with 2.5 liter engine and manual transmission. While still not feeling like a sports car (it is not one) it does have considerably more torque than the 2016 we owned previously. Things we like about the 2024 model: - the bump in power - fuel economy - the interior. the seats are somewhat firm, but comfy. The dash is nicely layed out - the buttons on the console are useful - heater/AC controls are buttons and knobs - easy to use - the heater fan! We have had several Mazdas, and the fan has always been underpowered. the fan in this car is adequate - two driver settings that will put the seat in the correct position, as well as let you set the brightness of the heads up display - seat heaters Things we don't like: - auto sensing wipers. the only way to use the intermittent wipers is with the 'auto' setting, and it operates properly only intermittently at best - the door for the gas filler. it is not difficult, but if you don't know how to do it, you may need to google (what I had to do at the gas station) - Fully electric parking brake - I would prefer a manually operated brake. - The pedal area is somewhat narrow. I have somewhat wide feet, so I have to keep that in mind, as some shoes make driving cumbersome. The reliability question was required, which is a rather lame requirement when one has owned a car for a month. I gave it 3 stars as I have no idea yet as to the reliability.

I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

So I owned my 2007 Miata for one year and two months until someone hit it when it was parked, and it got totaled. I bought it for $7000 and it had 213000 miles on it. The first year I spent around $1500 on repairs, maybe this number is so high because I wanted to take care of it well and others don't care to repair something immediately when it needs to be repaired. I also did all repairs with my dad so labor costs were not an issue. I talked to many friends who have cars like mustangs, enclaves and maximas and they pretty much all spent under 1,000 on repairs in the first year (they spent an average of like 400-500). Their cars ranged in years and miles. I assume the high milage on this car made the more frequent repairs needed. Anyway I loved this car gas milage was good and there was a few leaks like the rear brake light needed new gaskets under it. Great car but I feel like I was cheated a bit.

So glad I came here...It's been a while since I've dealt with car salesmen, and over the past few days I was reminded as to why I don't really care to deal with them. This is my second Miata. I also own an ‘03 NB and have put a lot into it over the years. I’ve eyeballed ‘16+ Miatas for years and finally found a ‘21 Grand Touring with 2k miles on it and bought it. Aesthetically, it is a beautiful car. Ergonomically, everything is in its proper place and I fit perfectly at 6’. I have the seat pushed all the way back so anyone taller could possibly find themselves uncomfortable. I swapped the original rims and tires out for some Konig rims and Continental all-season tires. The stock rims are 7” wide and the aftermarket are 8” wide: more traction on the road. Off the line, you can chirp the tires so the power is certainly adequate. The manual gear box is tight and shifts cleanly. It is an extremely fun, nimble, and reliable car. The Grand Touring has the leather, backup camera, and Bose stereo. I have driven this car hard through the “twisties” and cruised it 500 miles with no reservations. There isn’t anything really needing done to this car; it is a fantastic ride out of the box. I did, however, give the performance a “4” because I know there is room for growth with aftermarket products. Nevertheless, you won’t be disappointed. Be careful though! My buddy wrecked his ‘19 Miata RF two weeks ago pushing it just a little too hard.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

On April 15, 2024, I accompanied my Nephew Michael to look at a vehicle. He saw a small gray Lexus F, 200h on the lot. One on the salesman named Sam walked up to us and asked did we want a test drive. In which Michaels reply was yes. After Michael showed his license we went on the test drive and came back. I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.
