Jason Inda was extremely helpful in buying a used car, took the time to showed me how to use all the features. Also followed up to see if everything was ok. So I would highly recommend seeing him for buying a car.
The only complaint was the buying process took along time.
Our dogs go everywhere with us and we are an active family. We knew we were going to need a bigger vehicle. We did our research on what we wanted and because of other friends giving positive reviews we went to Mighty. We found a vehicle that was everything we needed and they worked with us to make sure we get a price we could afford and found us a really good and affordable extended warranty. I am pleased because it wasn’t a pushy experience and they truly cared about what we had to say. After having the van a few weeks there were a few things that needed to be taken care of macanically that came up (no fault of the dealership) and they took care of it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond with customer service and overall experience. I would certainly go back and purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes and would recommend them to anyone that asked. Shout out to Cody for being awesome!
I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.
I was trying to decide between the Jeep and Equinox. Dylan followed up several times to see if he could help. He was not pushy, just made himself available and willing to help. He went the extra mile to ask some important questions. While the other sales people would day, this is what we have, Dylan listened and even read between the lines and found the car that could entice me make a choice. He succeeded. I must say Dylan made a huge difference not only in my decision, but he has a definite impact on what I tell people about the Kolosso dealership.
Wow what an experience this was...pulled in dropped off the car with a nice young man named Eric. He took great care of me from the start, i never felt any pressure to buy anything he offered me only the services that I requested and gave me a great deal on them. We keep coming back to Gustman Honda since we trust them to give us a good deal -- and I think they always have. Dan is very responsive to our needs and we trust him. He doesn't try to pressure us into adding on things we don't want or need. Scott in service is very knowledgeable and we trust his judgement when it comes to servicing our vehicles.
I took my 2005 Santa Fe in for smell of gas and reduced MPG. It was a leak in the gas tank. Repair was covered under an extended warranty from Hyundai. Also got to drive a nice rental vehicle for a few days, Very pleased with Bergstrom Hyundai
My wife and I bough a Mazda 6 2016. Our sales rep was Marty Hafenbradel. During our first visit Marty was very patient with us and we were not ready to commit to buying the car at that point, as we wanted to talk it over and discuss the deal details, also to see if we can get a better offer else since we were trading in a Mazda 3. Marty was very professional throughout both visits. I called him after we had decided to buy the vehicle and he made the process very easy for us, he also got us a really good deal and taught us some important information about the car. We definitely made the right decision by buying from Bergstrom, our other car was also bought from Bergstrom a year ago and the service was first class then too, and that was what really swayed us to come back to Bergstrom. They tend not to give a best price until they see something competitive that is lower. They don't seem to know or care that other dealers offer better prices. Instead they figure most people won't drive an hour to save good money.
They will offer matching prices when faced with a better offer but I struggle when a different dealer has worked to earn my business just giving it to Bergstrom since they're closer.
On a positive note, I have dealt with very nice and capable sales personnel. On the negative side, other than the Mini service department I've had zero positive experiences with any of the other service departments at Bergstrom dealers.
I picked out my 2012 Tiguan online and coordinated the bulk of the deal via text, fax, and online before stepping foot on the lot. It was a thing of beauty, once I arrived at the showroom I took it for a spin, signed the papers and I was on my way home. Top notch experience for the busy professional. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6.
I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem.
When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life.
