Nishi Patel is hands down the best man if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He is extremely, kind, patient and helpful during the entire process. Buying a car is stressful and Nishi takes all that stress away! More than happy Ive got to work with him for both of my car buying experiences.
2014 Mazda CX-5 review
Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

They are efficient and knowledgeable. I know I will always be taken care of here—no worries! Having a rental car for $10 a day while my car is in service is above and beyond.
2020 Mazda CX-5 review
Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

Byers Dublin MazdaReviews
Byers Dublin Mazda review
Byers Mazda was a very friendly dealership. We were greeted pretty quickly the various times we were at the dealership. There was a little confusion as to what car we were interested in when we first arrived for an inspection and test drive that we had scheduled, but once that was straightened out it was a pleasant experience. Employees were professional and helpful. Our sales representative was John Bechtel. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in ... a Mazda CX-9 ... and took a great deal of time to demonstrate the many features and answer our many questions. John was very easy to talk to, and didn't pressure us or make us uncomfortable. I feel we arrived at a fair deal and a good value. Completing necessary paperwork was probably the least enjoyable part of the experience, but it wasn't unpleasant and there was not too much pressure by Finance to add additional items or coverages. I would recommend Byers Mazda.
2019 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Germain Honda of DublinReviews
Germain Honda of Dublin review
(Update - Nearly two years after my purchase I am still happy with it and the people of Germain Honda. I have found all of the people in the service department to be honest, professional, pleasant and competent. The waiting area is very comfortable and has free coffee and popcorn. My elderly (and eccentric) wife recently had surgery and Service Manager Holly was very attentive to her and made sure that she was comfortable. People with those qualities are priceless.) I was led to Germain Honda of Dublin to buy a used car from Cars.com because they provide free CarFax reports on their cars. Salesman Mattason Hernandez helped us settle on a lease returned 2021 Passport. During our test drive we noticed a crack in the windshield and he made sure it was replaced immediately. After the sale, I became concerned because I didn't receive confirmation and documentation for the extended warranty policy that I purchased from the finance department at the time of sale. Mr Hernandez responded to my email 26 minutes after I sent it to him and promised to help. A few hours later he forwarded the documentation to me. His quick response in both cases was greatly appreciated! After reviewing the details of the extended warranty I was grateful that Gabe Johnson suggested it. Situations like this are the reason why doing business with a quality company is important. We focus on the vehicle and price but have to remember how important the caliber of people we are working with is. We love our new car and are confident in our choice of dealership.

Yesterday I went to Germain Toyota dealer, looking for a car for purchase for my son and a friend of mine recommended me to Mr.Sulayman Nyang , and when I got there he treated me like a queen. Mr. Sulayman Nyang did a very great job, helping me to buy my son's car Toyota Camry 2026. I'm very impressed and very grateful. I told him that I'm going to recommend him for more business. Thank you so much Mr.Sulayman Nyang. My thank goes to your Manager also, I really appreciate you both. Thank you I have 5 stars review because you guys deserve it.Good job!
2025 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 Signature before they were gone and no longer available because I really like that this car though not perfect and to some people kind of dated in design and execution but to me is full of good elements that future cars including the 2026 CX-5 will lack. Exterior styling that does not get old quickly and still looks good without being too flashy. A great interior that looks and feels premium with quality soft touch materials throughout. An engine ( Turbo ) and transmission (Not a CVT!!!) combo that makes driving a pleasure. The way the suspension is setup is another thing about this car that makes me want to go for a ride any chance I get. The meaty steering feel , not over assisted and numb. This is a compact SUV that shouldn't feel this enjoyable to drive but it does. You sit a bit higher and taller in the saddle and have a good view ahead and around you with the nice large mirrors and 360 cameras . When my wife is riding next me enjoys the view. The wind shield is not too big and far away and steeply raked which is easier to clean inside and doesn't heat the interior up. The controls some might call old fashioned or retro but as far as I am concerned you just cannot improve on dedicated knobs and buttons for hvac and interor functions and the well placed controls on the steering wheel, drivers door and center consol ( The large control dial and volume knob are perfect!). And who doesn't love a good old shifter with a nice looking leatherette boot at the bottom of it retro but in a good way! Yes ok the the gauge cluster isn't over the top with flashy effects and the infotanment setup and screen size are dated but for me that's a good thing. I don't need too much tech or too much screen, this is more than enough for me, Call me an old fashioned nerd but I prefer books to screens anyday! The Bose stereo sounds good but isn't mind blowing just a good step up from the base unit. This feels like a very well sorted out and put together vehicle. You get in it and drive. No fiddling fumbling and adjusting this and that . You get in adjust your seat and mirrors and go. The pure enjoyment of just how well this car behaves in my hands makes me enjoy driving it. It feels tight and solid with a firm ride that tames rough roads well without being too floaty or harsh and punishing. I think it's a very good balance that rewards the drivers with good driving dynamics and fun. The brakes are solid, competant and feel right from the get go and take no getting used to. The turbo engine is really torquey and doesn't need to be over rev'd to get it to pull. It has a nice sound without sounding silly. Gas milage is not the best but I figured that to be and accept it. The tranny works well with engine. It is smooth and does what a good transmission should do almost invisably with no clunkiness or gear hunting. The CX-5 interior is nice comfortable ( and dare I say somewhat elegant and classy ) the dark Caturra brown nappa leather seats with contrasting stitching and perferations for heating front and back and cooling in the front look beautiful and myself and my passengers find very comfortable. The rest of the interior is mostly black with real wood trim ( Who does that anymore) The interior is quiet with no sqeeks rattles or road noise (so far)! Rear seat room is enough far the average sized person. And the trunk space considering the vehicle size is fine. All cars cost way too much now but what you get for the money I really think when compared to other compact SUV's is a good value and the quality fit and finish (Made in Japan!) doesn"t feel cheap. I only gave the reliability rating 3 stars because this would be better answered in say 5 years. I am a first time Mazda owner and having commited to older (proven) technology in a changing turbulant world ( ICE engine not Hybrid or EV) I can only hope that this purchase plays out well.........Fingers crossed and happy motoring Zoom Zoom!

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

I had one of the best salesmanship experience in my life at Germain Mazda with Donovan. Donovan is incredibly knowledgeable over not just Mazdas but other vehicle brands too, very kind and friendly to work with, and is well prepared with all the customer may ask for in the inquiry of a vehicle. I also wanted to shout out the financial team who assisted me and the manager; a very warm experience that makes the customer feel welcome. I believe Donovan would restore the faith in salesmanship that anyone might lose during their car searching experience. Thank you all!

The only issue I have had was the code P0126 having to do with the thermostat. This is common for this car. I was 170 miles from home when it happened. I talked to a Mazda dealer and they said I could drive it home, which I did and made an appointment with the dealer to have it fixed. It has not happened again. I am very happy with this car!

Great place to buy a used car! Ask for Jack Witt. He is very knowledgeable about their inventory and was very patient with me as I test drove several vehicles and could not make up mind with what I wanted. He answered all my questions and was able to find me a car that I love. First time I have bought a car from a dealership and didnt walk away feeling like I was robbed. Thanks Jack!
2023 Mazda CX-5 review
We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I had a great experience buying my Corvette Grand Sport from this dealership. The entire process was fast, straightforward, and painless. They were willing to negotiate a bit, which I appreciated, and there were no games or unnecessary pressure. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an easy car-buying experience.

By far best dealer experience I've ever had with car dealership. Never pushy and was as friendly as you could ever ask for. Two thumbs up!!!
2020 Mazda CX-5 review
I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

★★★★★ We just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment we walked onto the lot, Magdalena made us feel welcome and truly cared for. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. There was never any pressure—just honest, friendly guidance every step of the way. Magdalena walked us through all the features of the Forester, answered our million questions with a smile, and made sure we felt 100% confident in our decision. She even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly with our new car. Her genuine kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for Magdalena—you’ll be in the best hands! Thank you, Magdalena, and thank you to the dealership for having such an outstanding team member. We love our Forester and are so grateful for the excellent service! Highly recommend! 🚗💙

2019 Mazda CX-5 review
Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Coughlin Kia of Lewis CenterReviews
Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center review
LOOK NO FURTHER for another dealership or vehicle!!! We have purchased many vehicles over the last 30+ years through several dealerships and with several manufacturers. The buying process has always been stressful, lack-luster, and the sales/finance teams were aggressive. At Kia Coughlin we met Bryce and Andrew who treated us like family and made the car buying process easy, fun, and tailored to our needs. They listened to what we wanted, and they delivered! They went above-and-beyond to get the exact car we wanted - a black, AWD, EV6 GT. And the car was delivered in less than one-month instead of three-months! Financing was easy and hassle-free. No sales gimmicks or pressure. We asked for reasonable trade-in compared to Kelly Blue Book and what we were offered at a certain car buyer, and Andrew made it happen. THE EV6 IS THE BEST electric vehicle and it's just not only our opinion! Oh yeah...and the EV6 GT...the car is beyond expectations and EXTREMELY FUN TO DRIVE and FAST! We drove and researched several electrical vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Hyundai, Nissan, and Rivian). The Kia EV6 is superior to them all. The EV6 is luxurious and comfortable; has everything you need from auto-drive to wireless charging; the exterior and interior design are aesthetically beautiful. We highly recommend the lighting package for any EV6 model. I have had the EV6 GT for two weeks and I have had several people at stop lights roll down their window and tell me how amazing the car looks. In store parking lots I have had three different people stop to tell me how awesome the car looks and ask me questions about the EV6. Charging at home is a breeze and inexpensive...at 2.5-3 miles per KwH and current electrical charges of $0.075 per KwH...you pay only $25-$30 per 1000 miles at home!!! And you get the best warranties we've ever been offered...10 years and this even covers NORMAL WEAR and TEAR - just not the tires, wipers, or brakes. We even test drove the EV6 Wind AWD and it is just as amazing as the GT and the Wind gets a little more mileage per charge - but we wanted the 576HP from the GT! GO SEE BRYCE and ANDREW at KIA COUGHLIN TODAY!!!... ...and get your new Kia from a new kind of dealership - one that is honest, treats you like family, and has integrity!!! We are so grateful to Kia Coughlin, Bryce, Andrew, and the rest of the team for making our car buying experience the best ever - bar none! And, we are grateful to Kia for making the best electrical vehicle on the market - the EV6 GT! Thank you to the entire Kia Coughlin Team, Paul and Jeff K-W Delaware, OH, 43015
2021 Mazda CX-5 review
I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

Germain Mazda of Columbus review
Real people with real genuine care for customers I am a brand new member of the Madza family. I was looking for safety and comfort while maintaining good financial stewardship ... and found a whole lot more to be thankful for with Germain Mazda of Columbus. Keryon, my sales associate, was such a joy to work with during this whole process. I first met him when I came in for a test drive and later on discussed details of purchasing. It was like meeting with an old friend. Not once did I feel rushed, neglected, or pressured. His kindness and follow-up was a determining factor in my choice of dealership. Communication with Keryon was respectful, informative, honest and very comfortable. He followed up quickly with any questions or requests I had, let me know what he was actively working on, and even apologized for and kept me aware of any unanticipated delays. Morgan, the sales manager, made sure I was taken care of during this whole process. There was a brief unintended clerical error that she promptly corrected that inadvertently resulted in a misunderstanding on my part. It was dealt with in a respectable and non-judgmental manner to my benefit, without me requesting the offered solution. It was so refreshing to have a car dealership look out for my best interest. I met THE "Mazda Mike", general manager, who was very kind and personable. He took the time to get to know me and make sure all my questions were answered even though it was very busy at the dealership. Every employee that walked by offered a kind smile and asked if I needed anything while waiting comfortably at the dealership. I really felt genuinely "welcomed into the family". Germain Mazda of Columbus advertises the best price in Columbus. I can attest this is a true statement and not just a gimmick! I am absolutely enjoying my new Mazda CX-50 hybrid and all the features of the Premium plus trim-I highly recommend working with this dealership if you are in the market for a Mazda!
2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!
2025 Mazda CX-70 review
Did road trip Florida to Pa.. Without turbo, still has enough power to pass with ease. Use WAZE for navigation, the Mazda GPS - learning curve. I think for $50,000 Premium Plus it should come with fog lights. Little more curtesy lighting or illuminating door lock/unlock door switch. A little more secure storage would also be nice. The car is still a keeper and no plans to replace. Average 27.4 MPH.

This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio
2023 Mazda CX-9 review
Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.
