Jesse Trujillo really knows the cars inside and out. When we went on a test drive he went over the car features. When I purchased the vehicle he went into great detail of every feature on the car. Jesse is polite, personable and does not over power you like some dealerships.
I was really nervous about the whole car buying experience but the staff at Galpin made the experience quick and painless. I received the best deal and a car that was better then I dreamed. I would recommend Galpin to my grandma. I???m so pleased!!!!

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.

I saw the 2016 Mazda 3 in the street and I liked it so I contacted Patrick Howard Internet specialist at Mazda Santa Monica.Merely few days later, due to Patrick professional and quick excellent response, I was in the show room and went to test drive a few cars and on the same day decided on a model. Patrick made this whole experience a pleasure experience. An In and Out experience. Also Patrick took the time to get us the best deal and after he had made the sale took his time to explain the Car system and the bluetooth set up that he made for us for both our phone. Now that is perfect service. If you think buying a car is a dreading experience go see Patrick and he will quickly change your mind.
Our salesperson (Patrick) was very knowledgeable of the vehicles' specifications and was very attentive to our questions. As this was the first new car that we have purchased it was naturally a stressful undertaking. Patrick put us at ease with his personality and assured us that he had our best interests at heart. The finance manager (Diallo) was also very knowledgeable with regard to the available warranties, maintenance plans, etc. and made us comfortable with the financing process. Altogether a wonderful experience. I will gladly recommend Santa Monica Mazda to friends and family for their future vehicle purchases and will DEFINITELY be back for our next new car. I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Had a service appointment for routine maintenance, and check on a broken glove box. Camille was super courteous and helpful with getting everything taken care of, and saved me some money by showing me a way around having to get my glove box fixed. Great communication and great service!
