Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers review
I just purchased a used Lexus from them and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism they displayed throughout the purchase process. They were quick to respond to my every request and made buying a used car a pleasant experience rather than one of dread and disappointment that plagues the industry. Joe Pizzi was my point of contact and he handled everything with class which is rare. I look forward to buying another car from Ft Myers Mercedes in the future.

My husband and I worked with Steven Herrera and he was extremely helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure we ended up with the Jeep we wanted. The rest of the staff were extremely helpful as well. We were very satisfied with our experience.

I got the best most caring service by Christian Bustamante today! If you need a car he will help you get it such a wonderful experience!
2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs review
I purchased two new Mercedes from Mercedes Benz in Bonita Springs, FL. I purchased a S-Class and a E-Class. The experience for buying both cars was excellent. They are very focused on customer satisfaction and met all of my requirements for the new cars I was looking to purchase. The process from agreeing to the purchase price to the financial management was outstanding. Delivery of the vehicle was very good with the expert they provided to explain all the features of the new car. I highly recommend this dealership.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Good prompt service. Clearly explained what the issues were and what the cost would be. Also, approximately how long will the work take.

Kia of Cape Coral review
Giving Zack, my service rep, five stars for the very professional way he kept me informed at each stage and went the extra mile with the warranty company to get approval so the repair could be made in a timely fashion for me. I appreciate his professional and friendly manner. Many others in the service area and show room area could take a lesson from Zack. Smile and let people know you are there to serve. Bring back that very freindly enviroment that Fucillo KIA use to have.

2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

I worked with Adam Davis and the team. This was by far the best experience I?ve had!! Everything was great!!!! The car was ready when I got there. The team explained everything to me. They made sure I was comfortable with the car. Other dealerships would be wise to adopt their ways of doing business!!!

I have purchased three automobiles I have been very happy with them all. I’m writing this review to spotlight one of the best humans I’ve ever met. This guy went out of his way to give my family reliable transportation. Aaron has always been there to support us if we have any issues.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?
