It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

I called the dealership and spoke to Gary Koch. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. We discussed the online price and agreed to purchase the car. I am not local and handled the preliminary paperwork over the phone. Once everything was confirmed I booked a flight and Gary offered to pick me up. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Gary made the car buying process super easy and enjoyable. I also received an exceptional deal.

Not enough miles driven to fairly evaluate but look forward to driving when weather is better. I have high expectations! I'll need time to get used to the console controls.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I am a driver and I drive for a living I go through cars a lot. Jessie at Toyota in West Covina on Azusa and Manny who does all the paperwork finance me and put me in a car so that I can be a driver and continue my job. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! My girlfriend was so impressed by how sincerely genuine the excellent service was that she is already planning to come back to CMD to purchase her next vehicle. Facts. Cheers fellas!
