My initial review is posted at the bottom. I have changed my rating from do not buy, to good. It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I have been the only owner of a 2016 c300 4matic sport for 9 years. I have owned the car since it was brand new in late 2015, and it has had only one issue during the duration of my ownership. The only issue I have had was that leaving it out in the extreme cold seemed to ruin the driver's LCD screen, whereby the screen would show random Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Arabic words before warming up and operating normally. Eventually, the screen quit altogether, but it was very easy to get a replacement. Other than that, it's mechanically extremely reliable, the styling keeps it relevant to today's designs, and the highway driving is impeccable. Performance is pretty mid-tier compared to BMW and Audi, but the engine doesn't have their issues. Overall, it's not a fast car, but it does inspire driving confidence when braking, even if the steering is somewhat lackluster compared to real sports cars. I take very good care of the interior, so there are no peeling issues, no warped wood, and no issues with the plastics, but the rubber seal in the moon roof has been a bit squeaky in certain temperatures, and the dealership said it would cost about $2k+ to take the sliding roof off, replace the rubber seal, and reinstall. The seats have held up very well, the alignment has never truly gone out of alignment, and the gearbox acts as if it's brand new. I do an oil and filter change every 4,000 to 6,000 miles, and I follow the regular dealer-recommended services. Mine just ticked over the 100k mile mark, and I know I'll keep it well taken care of for another 30k to 50k. I highly recommend this car; however, if you're looking for "value," please do not get this car thinking you will be able to afford it when something goes wrong. An average service will run you $250+ every 7k miles, and anything being replaced out of warranty will cost you north of $1,000.

I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

2013 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
My first time owning a Mercedes while everyone warned me not to get one. Honestly I've used this car PRETTY rough, and it has held up better than my previous Daihatsu Copen, Civic 2014 and Accord CL7. It's a total workhorse, but alas, the parts really ARE expensive, ans servicing it is quite difficult as well. But all in all, its comfort is just impeccable and better than anything else I've ever drive in this price range. If you have a slightly higher budget for maintenance, I would 10/10 recommend you this car.

2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.
