The very best experience of any dealership I have ever had. I was looking to trade-in my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I called everywhere within a 100 mile radius. No one had anything close to what I wanted, until I called San Leandro Chrysler and talked with Vanessa Abaunza. When she answered I asked the same question as I had for every call before her. I told her, I'm looking for a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn. No sooner having said these words, and she said, you have good taste. I thought for a moment, is she being real or just being a sales rep. Then she said, I love the Longhorn, it's my favorite and she went on and on about it. No other sales rep from any dealership told me I have good taste. She made me feel great from the very start. She had me at "Hello"... She continued asking, what exactly I was looking for on the truck and what color? I wanted everything in Delmonico Red. She immediately said, I have it. I was skeptical, but curious. Can you show me? Next thing I knew, I was looking online at the truck of my dreams. I asked, how did you do that? I have spoken to every dealership and no one had anything close. I was about to give up and then you pull this out from nowhere. My heart was pounding, I could hardly speak a word from that point. I about had tears I was so beside myself. Her next words were, when do you want to come see it? I explained that I was about 80 miles away. She came back with, I have customers that come from everywhere, just to buy from us here at San Leandro Chrysler. I told her, I really don't want to drive 2 hours one way just for this truck. She came back with, is this the truck you want and have been looking for? My answer, Y E S ... she then said, what's 2 hours, if you get the exact truck you want? Well, I had to agree, she had me and I knew it and I wasn't going to let anyone have that truck but me. There was a lot of details left out in this review, but I want everyone reading to understand that I have never ever encountered a better sales than her. She is the very best. I love her. She was honest, sincere, funny, just the most amazing person to deal with. I cannot say enough or give her higher praise of any sales rep. ... if you are looking for a new RAM truck or any Dodge, Jeep, call and talk with Vanessa in sales, she'll hook you up, just like she did me.

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. We purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee at this dealership yesterday. What a great experience. We live over 2 hours away so I had already made the deal over the phone. We showed up, took a drive and looked over the vehicle. We noticed some marks on the vehicle. The salesman, Dennis, took it to the shop and they buffed out the marks. We noticed a small ding on the door edge. He offered to order and send us some touch up paint. I noticed the jack, tools and manual were missing. They ordered what we needed and are shipping the items to us. Dennis was very friendly and accommodating. The finance guy, also named Dennis, did a great job. Was easy to talk with and no pressure to sell us additional items or services. Overall it was a great experience.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.
