I have to shout out to General Manager Garth Brown. We have purchased several MB's from Greenwich even tho we live across the state. I have always found the best vehicles and sales staff and experience here. Today I had a slight issue with one of the MB's we purchased last year. Without hesitation Garth went above and beyond what any other dealer in the US would ever do to help us with our issue. This is the type of customer service that has virtually disappeared in service related industry. One thing I do know, Garth did not have to help me, at all. But he stepped up and insisted. 2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.
