Silver Star MotorsReviews
Silver Star Motors review
Nick Samuel provided an exceptional car-buying experience from start to finish. We visited the Mercedes-Benz dealership on 35-01 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101 because our current lease was nearing expiration and we were considering either leasing or financing a new vehicle. From our first conversation, Nick was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us understand the options that worked best for us. We initially came in interested in the GLE 350 and asked for a comparison between leasing and financing, as well as the opportunity to take the vehicle for a test drive. Nick thoroughly explained the differences, answered all of our questions clearly, and promptly arranged the test drive. After driving the GLE 350, we felt that the GLE 450 would be a better fit because of its added power and six-cylinder engine. Nick did not hesitate to arrange another test drive for us, and that made all the difference. We ultimately decided on the GLE 450 and were very happy with our choice. Nick’s manager, Matt Fattah, was also friendly, transparent, and straightforward throughout the process. We received a reasonable offer, including the option to buy out our existing lease. Nick and the entire team took care of everything—from the paperwork related to our current lease, DMV, bank, and new lease—so efficiently that we were able to drive home in our new vehicle the very same day. Overall, it was a seamless, professional, and genuinely positive experience. Thank you, Nick, for making such a major decision feel easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate your patience, expertise, and excellent service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mercedes Benz of Nanuet, and I couldn't be happier with my experience, all thanks to Joe Horneman! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. My experience at Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center exceeded my expectations. Jerone explained in detail every question I had regarding the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of the sale. If I had to rate him from 1 - 10 he deserves an 11. Jerone Sealy thank you so much. I love my GLE 43 Coupe just as you said I would. You are a top notch salesperson!

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

MB of Rockville Center is the best dealership. Thomas Ahrens is the best sales agent, ask for Tommy if you are in the market for a Mercedes Benz. The staff is very friendly and professional, I enjoyed my purchasing experience. This was my second Mercedes Benz.

I have been purchasing MB automobiles from RVC MB since the 80’s .. I’ve always used the same salesman , Mr Tom Ahrens . Tom has always ensured that my new car purchase goes as smooth as possible .. I’ve always shopped price prior to making the deal - Tom has always beaten the competition prices - a great car coupled with a smooth transaction and a caring salesman working for a reputable dealership works for me !!

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.

Althea Thompson was awesome!!! I have never dealt with Carmax and she made the buying experience 100% perfect!!! I would definitely return again for future purchases.
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.
