The workers are very nice. I meet Mr. Stewart Simpson and made me feel that I was at the right place to buy a vehicle. He helped me see was i could financially afford and the pros and cons about financing. That I appreciated. He kept it real. Need more people like that.

Helms Bros., Inc.Reviews
Helms Bros., Inc. review
I went to Helms for my birthday to get myself a birthday gift where I was assisted by Maurice Martin who was so pleasant, patient, informative and super helpful. I've actually never had such great customer service in my life. I purchased my dream car, a white C300 4MATIC and I couldn't be any more happier with the service and help that I was given. I couldn't thank Maurice enough, he was such an amazing sales person. I also worked with Reggie when it was time to deal with the financial part of the process and he was very pleasant, helpful and informative as well. Not to mention, the atmosphere was also extremely pleasant and clean. Everyone who worked there that I came across was very nice and welcoming. I advise you to visit Helms Bros in Bayside if you're looking for a new ride. These people are awesome!

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre review
My experience at Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center exceeded my expectations. My salesperson, Jerone Sealy was exceptional, he was friendly , professional and displayed a very calm demeanor in his approach to selling. I never felt pressured. Jerone explained in detail every question I had regarding the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of the sale. If I had to rate him from 1 - 10 he deserves an 11. Jerone Sealy thank you so much. I love my GLE 43 Coupe just as you said I would. You are a top notch salesperson!

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge review
I recently purchased a pre-certified Mercedes-Benz from Victor Varga, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Victor demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle. He provided detailed information about the car’s history, inspection process, and certification standards. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, making me feel confident in my purchase. The car itself was in immaculate condition, exactly as advertised, and came with a comprehensive warranty that added peace of mind. What stood out most was Victor’s dedication to customer service. He guided me through the financing process with clarity and ensured all paperwork was handled smoothly. Even after the sale, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Victor Varga if you are looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional to help you find a pre-certified Mercedes-Benz. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched.

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
When one thinks of a Mercedes-Benz or the "Mercedes Experience", I believe it is this car that inspires the brand. Beautiful inside and out, an absolute pleasure to drive, fast with great 4matic handling and a luxurious cabin that leaves nothing to be desired. I did get my 2020 when the 2021's became available, but I stuck with the 2020 because I find this model year to be more sleek and elegant while the 2021 refresh is too stout looking for me (I also like the steering wheel in the 2020 too).

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc. review
Everyone at the dealership was so nice from the guy at the coffee bar , the finance person, girl at the stand where you pick up your car at the end (she drives in 2 hrs each day to work, I forgot names) and, of course, Carmen, our salesperson.Carmen returns calls, E-mails almost immediately, is very personable, and is reasonable to deal with. She doesn't hesitate to help with anything and does so in a manner that makes you feel comfortable. Whoever does the hiring and managing of employees must also be doing something right; it's a good team. Do not think that buying a car online or through a "NYC" dealership is going to be some sort of negative experience...just the opposite. I would highly advise you try it.

Extremely Happy working with Mary Kodak with both our family cars purchases. Looking forward to purchasing a SUV with Mary as soon as the one we're looking for is available. First purchase was a 2016 E350 and the second was a 2017 S550. Mary made us feel cared for and was extremely efficient. Very happy with Mary
2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I recently purchased a 2021 Aston Martin DB11 and had a great experience. They didn't have any types of dealer fees which is hard to find nowadays. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Benzel-Busch Mercedes-BenzReviews
Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz review
I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Thank you, Hyunbin

Silver Star MotorsReviews
Silver Star Motors review
Nick Samuel provided an exceptional car-buying experience from start to finish. We visited the Mercedes-Benz dealership on 35-01 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101 because our current lease was nearing expiration and we were considering either leasing or financing a new vehicle. From our first conversation, Nick was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us understand the options that worked best for us. We initially came in interested in the GLE 350 and asked for a comparison between leasing and financing, as well as the opportunity to take the vehicle for a test drive. Nick thoroughly explained the differences, answered all of our questions clearly, and promptly arranged the test drive. After driving the GLE 350, we felt that the GLE 450 would be a better fit because of its added power and six-cylinder engine. Nick did not hesitate to arrange another test drive for us, and that made all the difference. We ultimately decided on the GLE 450 and were very happy with our choice. Nick’s manager, Matt Fattah, was also friendly, transparent, and straightforward throughout the process. We received a reasonable offer, including the option to buy out our existing lease. Nick and the entire team took care of everything—from the paperwork related to our current lease, DMV, bank, and new lease—so efficiently that we were able to drive home in our new vehicle the very same day. Overall, it was a seamless, professional, and genuinely positive experience. Thank you, Nick, for making such a major decision feel easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate your patience, expertise, and excellent service.

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
It’s a great driving experience. Very comfortable. Someone put it in my mind that 4 cylinder in-line won’t be powerful but the turbo doesn’t disappoint. It’s start to 60km/h may feel abit sluggish but if you like that then amg is for you. I personally love the cabin.
