Extremely Happy working with Mary Kodak with both our family cars purchases. Looking forward to purchasing a SUV with Mary as soon as the one we're looking for is available. First purchase was a 2016 E350 and the second was a 2017 S550. Mary made us feel cared for and was extremely efficient. Very happy with Mary

Dre was amazing at helping us figure out what car we really needed. That long walk from the car to the entrance door made me a little nervous thinking I might not be leaving with a car but once me and my husband walked in we were greeted by Dre and the rest was history. Go see Dre for your next pre-owned car!
2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Inc. review
Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour today – I’ve spent more time in Home Depot buying a grill. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan and Gregory.

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
It’s a great driving experience. Very comfortable. Someone put it in my mind that 4 cylinder in-line won’t be powerful but the turbo doesn’t disappoint. It’s start to 60km/h may feel abit sluggish but if you like that then amg is for you. I personally love the cabin.

2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

Mia C. made our entire experience feel incredibly meaningful from start to finish. From the first moment we met her, she was welcoming, kind, and truly present with us. What we appreciated most was how genuine she was, there was never any pressure, just a real desire to make sure we felt comfortable and confident, especially my daughter, since this car was for her. She took her time with us, answered every question with care, and guided us in a way that felt honest and supportive. Thanks to Mia, the whole process was smooth and actually enjoyable, which isn't always the case when buying a car. In the end, we found the perfect one, and seeing how much my daughter loves it means everything to us. Mia's professionalism, warmth, and sincerity truly stand out. We are so thankful for her help and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive and memorable car-buying experience.

Sam was very responsive and quick to answer any questions that I had. The time to purchase was unfortunately out of their control as they were waiting on the title to come in from Lexus post lease buy-out. The dealership was about an hour and a half from me, so I only wanted to make that trip once - and relied on Sam to show any issues with the vehicle (which included video calls). Overall - pretty easy transaction and I love the car so far!

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Mercedes-Benz of Paramus review
Unfortunately I’m not buying a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Paramus, but was interacting with the customer service and the sales people via email and text and they were very accommodating and trying to help out with the purchase of a vehicle
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

I'm searching for a 911Turbo S coupe allocation. Talked to Evan who explained the whole process very well, along with the possible time element as things proceed. I'm almost there as far as a commitment to move forward. I will definetly request Evan to work with in this matter. A very enjoyable expeirence thus far. Sincerly, Bryan Way

Benzel-Busch Mercedes-BenzReviews
Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz review
I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Thank you, Hyunbin

Eric was a true professional and made the process easy. Also, he took the extra time to make sure the car was ready and numbers were correct. In addition, we never felt pressure or forced to but the vehicle. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership and Eric.

Silver Star MotorsReviews
Silver Star Motors review
Nick Samuel provided an exceptional car-buying experience from start to finish. We visited the Mercedes-Benz dealership on 35-01 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101 because our current lease was nearing expiration and we were considering either leasing or financing a new vehicle. From our first conversation, Nick was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us understand the options that worked best for us. We initially came in interested in the GLE 350 and asked for a comparison between leasing and financing, as well as the opportunity to take the vehicle for a test drive. Nick thoroughly explained the differences, answered all of our questions clearly, and promptly arranged the test drive. After driving the GLE 350, we felt that the GLE 450 would be a better fit because of its added power and six-cylinder engine. Nick did not hesitate to arrange another test drive for us, and that made all the difference. We ultimately decided on the GLE 450 and were very happy with our choice. Nick’s manager, Matt Fattah, was also friendly, transparent, and straightforward throughout the process. We received a reasonable offer, including the option to buy out our existing lease. Nick and the entire team took care of everything—from the paperwork related to our current lease, DMV, bank, and new lease—so efficiently that we were able to drive home in our new vehicle the very same day. Overall, it was a seamless, professional, and genuinely positive experience. Thank you, Nick, for making such a major decision feel easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate your patience, expertise, and excellent service.

CarMax South Portland review
I was always been interested in the Smart Car and I found it at CarMax, I got a good deal on it, I love it and I turn heads with it! Thank You!
2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
When one thinks of a Mercedes-Benz or the "Mercedes Experience", I believe it is this car that inspires the brand. Beautiful inside and out, an absolute pleasure to drive, fast with great 4matic handling and a luxurious cabin that leaves nothing to be desired. I did get my 2020 when the 2021's became available, but I stuck with the 2020 because I find this model year to be more sleek and elegant while the 2021 refresh is too stout looking for me (I also like the steering wheel in the 2020 too).
