Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

I ended up finding the car on CarGurus, listed by Da Vinci Automotive in Florida. To be honest, buying a car online felt like a leap of faith. I went back and forth on it for about a week, and surprisingly, the car was still available. At one point it disappeared, then popped back up on another site—that’s when I decided to reach out. That’s when Deni contacted me. We started with text, and he shared some details about the car, but I had already done my homework on its history. I’m not new to BMWs—I previously owned a 2003 5 Series and currently have a 2009 M5—so I understand the maintenance and upkeep that comes with these vehicles. Still, buying one online made me a bit uneasy. All of that changed once Deni and I got on FaceTime. Before even showing me the car, he gave me a full tour of Da Vinci’s showroom and lot, which had an impressive selection of exotic vehicles. Then he walked me through the BMW 750 and even did a virtual test drive. It might sound crazy, but after seeing so many cars in person, I couldn’t believe I was actually falling in love with a car I hadn’t physically seen. Honestly, I was ready to sign right then—I might have even signed before the full walkaround! Deni made the entire process incredibly smooth. We discussed numbers, came to an agreement, and he proved to be a man of his word. I purchased the car on Wednesday, and while he estimated delivery between Saturday and Tuesday, the car arrived Tuesday—right on time. So far, the car runs smooth, strong, and exactly how you’d expect. No visible leaks, no squeaks, no strange noises, and no electrical issues—just a true luxury powerhouse and everything I was looking for. Shoutout to Deni—he definitely deserves a raise. I sent him a virtual shot of Clase Azul and told him since I’m buying a car virtually, you gotta take a shot virtually. Of course he didn’t, but I thought it was cool! My wife has already been eyeing a few cars on their lot, so I’ll definitely be back for another purchase soon (she didn’t even know I bought this one until it showed up!). I also want to be clear: this is a used vehicle, and with any used car, you should expect some level of maintenance. That’s not a knock on the dealership—it’s just part of the reality of buying pre-owned. This review is based purely on my experience with Deni and the buying process. For context, my mechanic—who worked for BMW for over 10 years—has handled most of my maintenance. My M5, which I bought at 60k miles, is now at 243k and still runs strong. He wasn’t thrilled about this purchase due to the known maintenance demands of the N63 engine, but he’ll be doing a full inspection this weekend. I also have an appointment with BMW to get the display key programmed, as it wasn’t synced to the car. All in all, this was a great experience. I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth everything went, and I’m looking forward to doing business with Da Vinci Automotive again. 5-star experience, no question.
