There were no surprises and absolutely no pressure, and Todd handled everything with professionalism and integrity—exactly what you hope for when purchasing a vehicle. To top it all off, we were introduced to the product specialist, Noah, who took the time to sit with us and walk us through the vehicle. With so much technology in these cars, it can feel a little overwhelming at first, but Noah was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even gave us his personal cell number in case questions come up later, which really shows the level of service and support this dealership provides. Our overall experience was truly outstanding. While the inside of the dealership could use some serious love, the experience overall was very positive. Caleb Terry was one of the nicest salesmen I interacted with during my car search. (And not the kind of fake nice you expect when looking at cars.) The vehicle I was looking at wasn’t a fit but I would have enjoyed working with him if it was!
