Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
Front end vibrates and brakes squeak

Brakes squeak very loud for over a year. Front end vibrates when going over the slightest bump in the road. Front tires wore out at 20,000 miles. Front seat cushion wore a hole in the side and had to be replaced at 15,000 miles. Run flat tires cannot be fixed if you get a flat. 250+tire.
Found a SRX on Cars.com and did a search of the dealership website and sent a request for more information. I received a response quickly about the vehicle I was inquiring about from Greg Schwalbach. I felt comfortable with what he told me that I booked a flight from Texas to go look at the SRX. I told Greg I would take a uber to the dealership from the airport, but he insisted that they could pick me up. Greg was on time to pick us up and was never pushy about the sale. Did run into a small hiccup but Greg and the manager were quick to address the issue and correct it on the spot and do the right thing. That speaks volume of the character of the dealership and the whole team that work at this dealership. I have visited many different dealerships especially Cadillac ones in the past month and this is the best one because of the people. The finance manager was quick and explained all the options. Made the drive back to Texas and the family loved the new car.

I bought a certified used 2015 Cadillac and worked with Brandon Oxier, what a delightful young man to deal with. I was extremely pleased with the offer for my trade in and the whole process was pretty much no-stress. The car I purchased was priced on-point and competitive with all the research I did. Given that this car is 10 years newer than my previous car, there is a lot of new technology to learn. Anytime I have a question Brandon is more than happy to get on the phone with this old dog and walk me through the new tricks. Buying certified also has given me additional perks with Cadillac ownership, so I'm very pleased with the car, the dealer and the dealership.

The car was excellent. It was clear and with less than 8000 miles. It had almost everything i wanted in it except for sun roof and navigation. But even with that i still love the car. it was a gift for my wife.
The whole experience at this dealership was great! I was contacted quickly when I inquired about the car I was interested in. Arrived to test drive the vehicle which was waiting for me already warmed up. Sat down with the salesperson, Andreas, to discuss how I wanted to handle this purchase. Andreas got everything set up, so when I came back to pick up my new car, the process was very simple and took less than 1 hour.

This car exceeded my expectations in terms of style, comfort, and quality. I had looked around for Glc300 4 matic or an Audi Q5 and I ultimately chose the GLC and I'm glad I did. It doesn't have the top of the tech in terms of the full digital display cockpit but everything else is just amazing. I'm not sure how the reliability will be like but I hope it lasts because I'm amazed with the car
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Great size vehicle, safe and dependable. Drivers SUV with none of the harsh suspension feel. Storage is ample , versatile for a night on the town or Home Depot run.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I have owned the vehicle for 1 year. Driving performance is good, reliability has been good (no problems). The navigation system is difficult to use and frustrating to say the least. I just encountered a problem I never thought I would experience with a vehicle. My phone was in my purse on the back seat when I stopped too fast the phone flew out of my purse and into the a/c vent under the drivers seat where it continued on to its final resting place under my my feet. This was all under the floor board so in order to get the phone out (and stop hearing it slide around) the dealer had to take out the entire seat for which I was charged $393. This is a design flaw in that vent which has two little notches on the side but still leaves a large gap in the middle for stuff like a phone to fall into. My phone was older so it wasn't worth the $393 to get it out but that would have meant years of listening to it roll around under my seat.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I recently bought the GLC coupe, I wait a long time to get it, super nice standard options! Great performance, the only thing missing is the touch screen it will make ig easier And safer .. this is my 3rd Mercedes and I won’t change these cars for any other vehicle in the market

I bought my car from Frank Winstel. He is the best! He knows exactly what we want and helped us to pick the perfect car with great price I can find from 3 dealers, one in Columbus, oh, and the other in Lexington, KY, which is our local store. The best thing was that we did all the quotes on phones and emails since it is 1.5 hours driving. I'm not a big car person, but this car and build looks great inside and out. Love the many features that it comes with and it's fun to drive!

I thoroughly enjoy the Mercedes brand and yesterday I purchased a new 2018 SUV. It was big enough for all my needs and handles like a sedan. There is plenty of head and legroom in the front and back. I also appreciate all the safety features included in the model. Although the car is only six months old, I purchased it as "used" and saved a considerable sum. $$$ :)
We recently visited the Ft Mitchell Mercedes-Benz dealership where we met Frank Winstel. He asked us questions about what we were looking for and after listening knew immediately the car that he thought would fit our needs. This car is small SUV,with a prestigius name, Very solid feel from opening the door to sitting yin the drivers seat with a quite interier. Acceleration was smooth and quick in city driving but noisy on Highway. Trunk space is tight. Exterior finish is nice.
I live on the west coast and was looking for a 4x4 Sprinter for a camper van conversion. No such vehicle (that met the build specs) was available anywhere near where I live. I went on-line and found Dan Tilley and MB of Fort Mitchell. Dan IMMEDIATELY sent me specs on a van and it was a perfect fit for the conversion. Feels bigger than a compact SUV

Excellent all around vehicle. Comfortable cabin, good performance, smooth 9 speed transmission. On a 750 mile trip I averaged 32.8 mpg at highway speed of 70mph with some mild stop and go through larger cities. With the advanced drivers assistant package the SUV can drive it self, even in stop and go situations. Its magical.
If more GLC's were equipped with air suspension it would be the perfect car. Most MB dealers just don't know how to equip these SUV's. They always configure many useless options for eye candy and leave out must have options like air suspension and drivers assistance package. Now with Honda raising the bar and equipping all their models with Honda Sensing maybe MB will get the Message.
