EXCELLENT my Service Assistance manager Paul Kotkin, was exceptional with his customer service. First greeted like, a family member, reviewed my vehicle current and updated needs and requirements. This was the first time, visiting here. Paul pointed out that their was a free service upgrade from Mercedes, and it would take about 30 minutes to complete. the estimated time to do the entire work was 1.5 - 2 hours, this was exact, 1.75 hours to complete, and I was updated about every 30 minutes on the repair status, how could you ask for more. The estimate was 100% on point, and not a penny more. I would say that Between Paul and Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, they were exceptional with Customer care, and he service being preformed. I also strolled around and ran into David House, a sales consultant, and I had the pleasure to walk around with him, and some of the newer models, and the latest safety features being offered on the 2016 and 2017 Mercedes Benz's. My over all experience is well over a five star, for customer service, the service being preformed and at point on cost. I want to take this time to thank the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, very clean and an enjoyable experience.
