We recently began the process of trading in our 2023 Honda Pilot Elite in hopes of finding something newer, more fuel-efficient, and with a lower monthly payment. We decided to start our search at Mercedes-Benz, even though we initially thought ownership was completely out of reach for us. After several test drives and some negotiations, we were thrilled to drive away in a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Mild Hybrid with the AMG Package. What made the experience truly exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Gabriel Echegaray. Gabriel absolutely saved the day! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and is a tremendous asset to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Our experience was so positive that my parents are now considering bringing in their Mercedes-Benz for maintenance and may even explore upgrading to a newer model in the future. 2020 Mercedes-Benz SLC 300 review
The SLC 300 is a nicely balanced roadster that is a blast to drive. Fit and finish are great and the styling is stunning. The retractable hardtop is fantastic, you can have the best of both worlds in 20 seconds. I've owned this car for about 10 months now and have not had any real issues and the price of the Service Level A was less than I expected. It does have some quirks though. The sport seats are very firm at first and take a while to break in and soften up. There is no voice dialing in this car, which I found odd in this day and age. Also, for some reason they decided to mix halogen and LED lamps in the headlights. Not a big fan of that decision but I can live with it. Overall, it's a great little car that costs a lot less than it looks and is fun to drive. No buyer's remorse at all.

2017 Mercedes-Benz SL 450 review
I have owned a Ferrari and 2 Porsche models as well as numerous BMW. The 450SL is in many respects all of them wrapped into a a tidy wonderful car. There is nothing not like in this beautifully designed 2 seater.

2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 63 review
Awesome power, incredible braking, unbelievable handling and a fantastic exhaust note!!!! This car is absolutely amazing! The interior is gorgeous and the seats are incredibly comfortable. The Burmeister sound system is terrific. I never want to get out of the car. If you can’t ever seem to get enough power, it’s worth the money to get the SL63’s engine over the SL55. The extra 100+ horsepower gives you an experience you won’t believe.

2017 Mercedes-Benz AMG C 43 review
Bought it new for around $70k in 2017. Custom interior and rims, silver body with red/maroon and black interior, absolute perfection. Oil change once a year, changed the brake pads once, new tires once, no major issues. 71,245 miles. Use prem fuel every other fill up. Suppose to use prem always but I do it to save a few bucks. The suspension is incredible. Can instantly tell the difference from American vehicles with this power. Handles well in the snow with all wheel drive. Just an amazing car all around. Only frustration is I have nicked up the rims and they get full of brake dust/grease fast. Have to clean them a lot which is a pain. I drive it pretty hard. It’s my first premium car and it’s been a dream. Everything comes together fits perfectly. Drive it year round in Wisconsin. Perfect mix of sport, reliability and every day vehicle.

2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG C 43 review
This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.
