I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue on 10-11-12. It was an easy, actually fun experience. The sales man was not pushy, it was an easy process and everyone was very helpful. I love my new car. I would recomend carmax to anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience.

2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG C 43 review
This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

New Country Motor Cars review
Satisfying Experience I went to this dealership on a whim just to get familiar with the different types of cars they had. I knew I wanted my first Mercedes-Benz but I wasn’t sure which class I wanted. There was a lady salesperson I don’t recall her name whom I had a conversation with but she had to leave so she introduced me to Michael Nwachukwu. He was kind and very patient seeing that I had a thousand and one questions I’m sure he would agree. 😊 Michael took me on a test drive and I fell in love with the GLC 300 and that was all it took. The next day I was back wanting to put a deposit down on the car so they would hold it for me. I love how Michael always greeted me by my name when I walked into the dealership as if he had known me for years. Although he didn’t know it that is one of my biggest pet peeve’s for a person to not remember my name so he immediately got a 10 with me. I could go on and on but I’ll just end this with it was the most satisfying experience I had working with Michael and I wish him well and will refer him to any friend I know who wants to buy a car. Thank you Michael N keep up the good work 👍🏾 Miss M

New Country Motor Cars review
World-Class Experience at New Country Motor Cars – Worth the 3-Hour Drive! I recently purchased a Mercedes from New Country Motor Cars in Hartford, CT, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Ryan H. went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, personal, and top-tier. Before I even made the trip, Ryan sent me a detailed video of the car, walking me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect. His communication was clear, timely, and never pushy—just genuinely helpful. I drove 3 hours to pick up the car, and the level of service I received was absolutely worth the trip. When I arrived, the vehicle was immaculate, the tank was full, and every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. Ryan treated me like a VIP, and I left not only with an incredible car but with total confidence in my decision. If you're considering buying a Mercedes—no matter where you live—this is the dealership to go to. Ask for Ryan H. You won't regret it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
My GLC has pretty much every feature. I love the luxury styling and feel. The Nappa leather, AMG package and Pinnacle trim are worth the cost. I found the Driver Assistance Package easy to master and is very helpful. Driving is quiet and smooth, but hard acceleration kicks in too abruptly.

2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

2020 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 review
I purchased my 2020 CLS 4matic Certified Used from a local MB dealer. With 47K on the odometer, the car was pristine and the major depreciation out of the way. Having the car now for half a year, I can say that I purchased real value to have a very fabulous automobile. I also have 3 years of full factory warranty. 2 of the 3 years warranty I did purchase at a discount. My first impression of driving the car was that of driving a smooth and powerful bank vault on wheels. I think this car does it all, and I would classify it as a true GT. The car handles and moves incredibly well, especially with the AirMatic suspension and the 20" wheels. I would lose the run flat tires in a heartbeat, and I did. There is no shortage of power either, or turbo lag, due to the hybrid set up. Last but not least, the car looks amazing. I have had no technical issues, save for a flaky oil level sensor, which the dealer replaced under warranty. Other than that, everything works well, and I am extremely happy with this automobile. Gas mileage is incredible, considering the horsepower on tap. Hybrid or not, I think the M256 engine is turning out to be one of the better powerplants that MB has come out with in a long time. Keep up with the maintenance on this, and you should have a fine running machine for many years. Oh, change the oil at every 5,000 miles, and not the dealer recommended 10,000 miles. Just do it.

Capital Motor Group review
Over a year ago I purchased a Nissan Altima from capital motors and still enjoy driving it every day. Because of the nature of my job It is necessary to have a back up vehicle. I had a Town&Country since 2004 which recently died and I needed to replace it. My first thought was to look at the inventory at Capital Motors and they had Ford Escape which looked good and affordable price. ERIN and Nick were very friendly and helped me with my second purchase. This car is also a joy to drive. Thank you again to Erin and to Nick. - Joseph Raffaele

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Nissan 112 Certified review
I purchased a 2020 BMW x3 about 4 weeks ago and never got around to writing a review until someone recently asked where I got it. I had been saving for a while because I knew exactly what color combination I wanted, and I’m really glad I waited. This one checked every box—low miles, the exact color I wanted, and leather seats in perfect condition, which is hard to find. I did pay a little more than planned, but it was worth it. The car drives smooth, feels comfortable, and is great. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.
2020 Mercedes-Benz AMG C 43 review
I've owned my C43 for four years and 46,000 miles (59,000 total miles). Aside from a battery replaced under warranty and a set of rear pads it has only required scheduled maintenance and a couple of sets of tires. Fuel economy ranges from 23 mpg in suburban driving to 30 mpg on the highway. I went with a Mercedes AMG after four decades of owning BMWs and I have absolutely no regrets.

This was my very first time to bring my GLA250 for a flat tire repair, I contacted Mr Bryan Walsh online and he responded right away my car issues and we discussed the availability of tire and safety of my car, if I’ll drive 30miles or more with a Running flat tire which I decided not too, thanks for the good advice. So when I came in their facilities their front desk peoples were very friendly greeted with a smile , you feel like you’ve been there before, thanks for a friendly environment for a first timer “first impression long last” . I’ll waited until I got my turn with Bryan Walsh , My impression he’s a very good man and knows his job VERY WELL , giving a super detail explanation to his clients patiently and eloquently, the receiving area is amazing with average snacks (just enough😀) ,good WIFI connections and clean restrooms ... sales department I didn’t get my car in this dealership so I don’t have any words, will see next time ... showroom is awesome lots of cars display inside and outside. They have a huge space parking for their clients compare to my dealership (Rallye) . I ‘d pay for a total of $399 for tire replacements and service fee. FIRST EXPERIENCE GREAT SERVICE Keep it Up

Peter Langlois is an honest, professional who knows how to help a customer find the car of their dreams. I have been a customer of MB Smithtown since 1988 and in all those years of great experiences I have met no equal to Peter Langlois in Sales. Thanks to Peter reaching out to me I was able to purchase the SLC Final Edition before it disappeared! Peter's assistance and follow ups are right on the money. A car is an important purchase for anyone, but if you love cars, then it's very important. If you love cars, then I would recommend that you request the very best there is: Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown and Peter Langlois. Start a relationship that will last a lifetime of worry-free driving: see Peter Langlois and your expectations will be exceeded in every way!

Amazing experience! Candece and Shane were exceptional, had a car sooner than expected. After an awful experience (or two) at Smithtown Mercedes, Southampton completely rectified the issue.
