I absolutely love the customer service and attention to details I received at Willis Auto. We just used them to purchase a 2018 Kia Forte. I chose this vehicle because of the high miles per gallon, and everything the sales person said was true. I got 44 mpg my first week driving my new car. They also touched up a small ding I found after getting home on the roof of the car in minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car at a reasonable price!

While shopping online in the local area, I had came across this vehicle which appeared to be in really great shape and was a one owner SUV. It was just reduced and I knew it wouldnt last long. I stopped by to check it out and came back a couple days later and test drove it. Submitted a very fair price for the dealer and myself. Signed the paperwork and drove away a satisfied customer. Its now been about a week or so and still very pleased. Great customer service and fast, smooth transaction. Great job!

My sales associate, Nermin, was simply outstanding! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I came in towards the very end of the day and he encouraged me to take the vehicle home so my wife could also drive it. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
