I have been pleased with the experience so far. Being able to test drive independently for pretty much as long as I want is great. I have easily made appointments and then added on some additional cars once I got there. The no haggle pricing takes away some stress, but that also means if there is something to be fixed on a car, there's no negotiation. They have at least offered me what I consider is reasonable for my trade - more than most places have. I am taking a car for a prepurchase inspection to my mechanic tomorrow, so if it goes well, we'll see how the actual buying process goes after that.

I received a notice from Mazda regarding a recall on my vehicle due to the windshield washer motor failure. I scheduled an online appointment and was able to get the date and time I needed. I had a change in my personal schedule that morning and arrived an hour and a half early. They took my car in right away and completed the work quickly! Thank yall for not making me wait! Two reasons why I ordered my 2022 F250 through Town and Country Ford. First, the Town and Country Ford YouTube reviews of the new 2022 Super Duties. Second, how quickly Town and Country Ford responded to my inquiries and how Blake (Sales) answered my questions and walked me through the ordering process. I live in Northwestern FL and did not have second thoughts about ordering through Town and Country Ford in AL. Blake and the Ford Manufacturer kept me in the loop on the status of my truck every step of the way. Blake played a giant role in avoiding build delays by letting me know what accessories to order from the factory and which to complete after market. Zero delays on this truck build. Hollie from the Finance Department, was extremely professional and her level of service was amazing. She walked us through every step of the way on our final purchase payment. I have my truck and it is everything I wanted plus. Town and Country spent 30 - 45 minutes going over all of the functions of the truck and made sure I was comfortable before I departed the dealership. I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Love the no pressure buying format, I didn’t end up buying the truck I went to look at but they put me in the perfect truck for me.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I told him that I had a number in my mind and he didn’t try to push me out of it. He answered all of my questions and he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely buy from him again. Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I loved dealing with this dealership, which says a lot as I hate dealing with car dealerships. I bought a 2023 Ford F-150. I dealt with Justin at Driver's Way. He was fantastic with explaining everything, making sure I had all the accessories that came with my truck, explaining the financing options, etc. This dealership had the best price on the truck with the options that I wanted anywhere around. Plus Justin showed me their "care" sheet which was everything that their dealership did with the vehicle after they got it, which even had included dent repairs, new tires, wiper blades, oil change, air filters, etc. They even helped me get a second key for the truck as it only came with one from the previous buyer. There was ZERO pressure to buy a more expensive model. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They made sure I was aware of the available insurances and warranty plans and the actual cost of those plans. They also showed me interest rates from several financial institutions to make sure I got the best loan rate. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from here and deal with Justin again.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.
