This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The finance manager was helpful and worked with us to assure we were happy with the extended warranty. Service for my other Jeep has been quick an easy. It has been a great experience working with this dealership.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Although the car was as described and nicely presented, I decided it was not the right model for me. I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Recently bought truck here. One key fob did not function. Service department promptly diagnosed problem. Gave me new fob, plus showed where old one was broken. Staff was very professional, polite. Great experience.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!
