I had a great experience working with Russell and the finance manager at Seattle Mini. Russell was extremely helpful throughout the entire process by being knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. The financing portion was also surprisingly easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next Mini. Thank you to the team for making this such a positive experience!

Had an excellent experience of Fields Mini. My Salesman, Joe Salgan, was extremely helpful in helping get the right vehicle at a fair price, working through the logistics of delivery and trade-in, and setting up and explaining the features of the car. Also, the financing people were very professional, fast, and accommodating in getting the docs signed. s

Got to the dealership a little early. One service guy was helping another customer. I appreciate his efforts to help her but we waited for about 20 minutes to actually be assisted. I was in for my first service appointment. Two plus hours later, I basically got an oil change and was told that my tires needed rotating but that I should get an alignment as well so that I didn’t mess up the rotation. So, oil change and no tire rotation! I was also told that I could do the alignment and tire rotation at BMW Tyler so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to Dallas. Hmmmm. How about you just do the rotation with the service. I left for about 2 hours and came back to the waiting room. I had to go up to the service guy twice to see where my car was at. The second time I went up, I asked about the car and he said he wondered as well. He called the service department and quickly went and got my car. I have to say, my service guy was very nice. But the dealership is very quiet. None of the employees seem to engage with one another. There is a weird atmosphere in the building as if no one likes one another. Not sure I’ll go back there unless I have a major issue. One last thing, apparently they wash your car for you. I was asked if I was waiting around, which I was. I was told that if i got the car wash that it would push me past the 2 hour mark. Well, I didn’t need a car wash if that was the case. I opted out of getting one. The funny thing is, I went past the 2 hour mark, only got an oil change and no car wash.

From the initial greeting to my service advisor, Oscar, walking me through the plan for the day and respecting my opinion to the video of repairs sent by the service team to the final check out. Also, i was provided a darling new loaner car. All was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

I can count on realistic estimates of the duration of the visit which speaks to my team's experience. If I decide to wait for the car, the sales floor has a nice waiting area. If I needed to go elsewhere, e.g. lunch, they provide a ride for me. The team knows what it's doing and makes sure that I know it too.

Schomp MiniReviews
Schomp Mini review
Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.

Mini of Marin review
Let’s me just say the team at Mini of Marin was just fabulous not to mention the beautiful showroom! I purchased my second Countryman from this location and I will keep coming back; my salesman “B” is so friendly you won’t be disappointed, he really makes you at home and answers all of your questions with a smile. If you want a great experience make sure to ask for “B” to get you driving in the Mini Cooper that you will love for years to come!!! Robin in S F❤️

MINI of Montgomery CountyReviews
MINI of Montgomery County review
Brian Keener is amazing! I had the best car buying experience EVER at MINI of Montgomery County! Brian was personable, informative and a complete JOY to be around. I test drove a Mini CooperS convertible and was SOLD! Jeremiah Jones handled our financing and I walked away feeling like I spent a few hours with old friends! I've wanted a MINI Cooper for a while and after a year of living through a worldwide pandemic it was time to have some fun! If you are in the market for a MINI the team in Gaithersburg will take good care of you!!
