I took my 2019 Mini in for service and left with a BEAUTIFUL 2025 Emerald Green mini. I adore these cars! They are so wonderful on the highway, and in the city. She looks fast just sitting still. The new features have everything my heart has desired! Sirrus radio, GPS, ApplePlay, I can listen to my audio books! Best of all, there is a level piece that fits over the back, so there is no more dipping. When the seats are flat, it's so easy to load up all my stuff when I go on road trips. My Yorkie loves the smooth ride, and it's nice and quiet! She falls asleep!! My Sales guy, Christopher, was a gem - didn't push or insist on anything just left me to stew over which one I wanted. While I hated to say goodbye to Alyce (my 2019 Mini) I was so ready to say hello to Emerald - my new one. That green is just spectacular. Most of all - EVERYONE at Mini of North Scottsdale is amazing. Seriously!! They are all very helpful and friendly from the mechanic experts that have worked on my car, to the managers, the check in person, and the sales people (I've been many times and wasn't buying but they were still so friendly). I believe I've found my last car. I'm in love with Mini's and when you drive one, you'll see why! Thank you so much, Mini of North Scottsdale - for a wonderful purchasing experience!

I have purchased many cars over the years. My wife and I have never had a better experience. There was no high pressure and the sales rep (Drew) was fantastic. He knew every inch of the car and was extremely professional. The documentation associated with the purchase was second to none. We highly recommend this dealer and in the event we were to purchase another car, they would be our first choice.

This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

Christopher T Johnson made our experience of trading in our 2016 Mini Cooper S for a Mini Countryman a very enjoyable experience from test driving to arriving at a trade in value for our car. Mr. Rios the finance manager, thoroughly explained all of the documents prior to our signing. Christopher went out of his way to make sure we understood how to operate the new features of the car before we drove off the lot. If you are reading this review you, most likely are doing the same as I was a few weeks ago. I apologize in advance for the length of my review. But feel it is important and no, neither me or my daughter are associated with any dealership in this review except as a buyer. My oldest daughter was looking for a quality smaller ( my words not hers) suv. We looked at many pictures and read many articles, looked at specs, features and reviews she settled on 3 models by 3 different manufacturers. Next step was to physically sit in and drive all 3. We eliminated the first and went to the 2nd dealer. The salesperson at second dealership didn’t know their inventory. Sales actually said he didn’t think they had the model my daughter wanted to test drive. We pointed out two on the property and their reply was, “I thought that one was sold and I forgot about that one? I will go see if I can get keys?” His knowledge seemed very limited. He didn’t ask many questions. We like the car however, we did not feel comfortable with this dealership. On to the 3rd dealership. We asked the salesperson if they had a specific model in stock? Their reply was “we only have one” We said great, can we test drive it? next question was….Are you serious about buying one because I have to get it out of the showroom?” After hearing those words I wanted to just leave but my daughter wanted to sit in it and drive this specific model as we came from Tempe and Gilbert. My daughter opened her little purse, whipped out a business card from the dealership across the street said “well….. it’s between your model and a model across the street” the salesperson got the car but would not allow us to take it on the freeway. We wanted to evaluate freeway noise. The salesperson never asked our names and had limited small talk and told my daughter about 2 option on this specific model. The model was not the right fit but part of that could be the representation. Perhaps the last 2 dealerships felt as if my daughter wasn’t a true buyer, however, if that was the case they could of asked a few simple qualifying questions and perhaps make a judgment but they didn’t. This leads me to Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. My daughter wanted me to look at some specific versions of the model she wanted. She talked to a lady named Felice. Felice actually returned my daughters call listened to my daughters wants, needs and desires and made suggestions and my daughter made a appointment for a Friday.To meet withFelice. She was by far the most knowledgeable of all the sales advisers we had met. She asked questions to make sure we all were on the same page. I for one appreciate this as I do not like wasting my time going in a wrong direction, especially on a Friday. Felice was not only knowledgeable but appeared to be friendly and sincere. We found the car that spoke to my daughter ( her words). Felice asked good qualifying questions of which my daughter had no problem or hesitation answering. We came to a meeting of the minds. I have bought more cars than I can remember, of very different varieties but I need to say, so far this was a feel good comfortable buy. Next step was paper work, ok.. I honestly thought this was going to be where the deal could go sideways, we went to the office of a man named Claudio. He explained different option my daughter could purchase or not. He explained in a no nonsense way. Some absolutely made sense others not so much for this specific Mercedes Benz. He wasn’t pushy or arrogant he simply explained the features and benefits of the options. I have walked out more than once at this stage especially when I was young and I would need financing. But everything we were told by Felice was said by Claudio. In summary this is a well organized, friendly business one I will highly recommend to my family and friends Great experience!

Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D

These guys are awesome!!! They actually find what you’re looking for and if they don’t have it on the lot they’ll find you one and have transferred over. No high pressure sales, no shady characters, just good people that are pleasant to deal with and If you like getting what you want at a good price than this place is for you!

Love the Mini Cooper S convertible. It drives live a bullet and is heavy as a tank. The styling is so elegant. Most fun car I’ve ever owned.

I was able to purchase my 2021 Chrysler 300 from Auto House. The purchase was smooth & easy. They were able to get me an approval with only about 10% cash down, and I drove off in my car in about an hour. Highly recommend Auto House!

This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

Great experience! Christian, our sales contact and a great guy, had the car we were interested in all ready to be seen and test driven when we arrived. Loved the car. My daughter, who the car was for, liked another car a little better and the financing options here didn't work out for her since it was her first car loan. She was able to get better financing at another dealer. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5.

I was looking for a very specific car; year, model, color, trim and found about 10 available in the country and none in my state. After a couple bad experiences I found the car at Goldies. I could not have been happier with the experience. I worked with Adam and John who were responsive, even given the time zone difference (often replying to questions well before or after local hours), helpful and best of all for an inexperienced long-distance shopper, familiar with that process and made it easy and anxiety-free for me. They even coordinated shipping, which also went smooth. Best of all, they continued to be supportive after I had received the vehicle in terms of title and registration support where it would have been very easy to just move onto the next sale. Highly recommended.

The entire experience after contacting I10 Premier was truly top notch. I was treated with the utmost of respect and kindness, and can't say enough positive things about Jerry in sales. Although we were unable to finalize the deal price-wise, Jerry listened and did his best to help. I would absolutely return to investigate purchasing should we be able to have the numbers work out. In the end, the dealership priced the car above figures posted on KBB, Edmunds, TrueCar, and NADA, so I was ready to buy on the spot but hesitant to proceed with a dollar amount greater than those posted for the public to make use in making such decisions.

Largest small car I’ve driven and great car for today’s times. Small enough to save money with today’s fuel prices yet big enough to carry everything needed to travel with family.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.
