Mike handled the financial side along with the shipping and made the paperwork very easy to do via e-mails and explained in detail what I need to do on my side to complete the transaction.
They went the extra mile to show me pictures of my corvette being loaded on the trailer after working hours and updated me on the progress until my car was delivered.

It was nice experience of buying Honda CR-V from Brandon Honda, Jeremy has good knowledge about available features. Although I miss Ex model and had to go with Lx, but would love to upgrade in near future. Looking forward to have similar post purchase service experience.

He has been the most helpful guy Iv ever spoken to from any business. I had a lot of concerns buying out of state but he was very patient and really helped walk me through the process of buying. After walking out on a local Honda dealership because of their selling shennigans I stopped at Tampa Auto Network and found the same car but two years newer and in 100% better condition. Orlando did not pressure me and even gave me the keys to test drive by myself. He explained all buying options and I never felt pressured. He put together a great deal for me,better than Wesley Chapel Honda for same car but two years older and I got a better quality automobile and better treatment. Thank you Orlando and all the guys for the great buying experience. If you are looking for a quality used car come here first,don't waste your time anywhere else,like I did. All of their cars look showroom new just like the one I purchased. Also, all the information and pictures on the website/cars.com was correct in fact my car looked better in person.

After seeing a Sun Toyota internet ad for a 2018 Acura, I initially shopped a local dealer for their pricing and realized that there was a considerable price difference between the Sun Toyota price and the local dealer. After indicating interest in the vehicle on Sun's internet site, I was immediately contacted by Ben Carriere. After three and a half hour drive to Sun Toyota, I traded my vehicle for the 2018 Acura. Ben Carriere is a consumate professional and a pleasure to work with when purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I were impressed with the level of courtesy that we received. This is the most positive experience in Car Buying that I have ever experienced. I must also say the restaurant inside the dealership is a nice convenience.
From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!
I traded a 2000 corvette in on my new 2008 corvette. I smelled gas when I left the dealership but figured it was a overfill kind of issue. Did not go away so after having the car checked on a lift we found the fuel tank had been leaking for awhile. That should have been obvious during the inspection process. I knew the car had a scratch on the drivers rear fender but found much more damage down low on rear quarter panel when we had it on the lift. Fuel issue is around $2000, and body damage was quoted at $1500. To $2000. To repair. I am not a happy customer. Jeffers
This was my third BMW from Ferman with salesman Robert Chodorowski . As before, Robert was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about the newer car I bought. His expertise allowed a smooth transition in the trade in. Robert showed me several cars to choose from. He tried to sell me the car I would be happy with and he did. The finance end was expertly handled by Joe Cleaver my ex service agent. This process, although tedious with all the paperwork, was also done smoothly and efficiently by Mr. Cleaver. The final touches, familiarizing me with the vehicle after Robert's general comments was handled by one of the Geniuses, Stone who proceeded with a sort of question and answer orientation that was very comprehensive and satisfying. Overall, Ferman as usual, hit another home run in their dealing with me ! I would definitely buy yet another vehicle from them and would recommend them to friends.
