I wrote a review for Tacoma Dodge when I got home after buying my new Chrysler. I thought I was writing a review on how well and professional the sales rep’s service, Tim L provided me and I accidently deleted the actual invite of the sale rep survey. I want to make it clear here that Tim L. provided me service that raises the standards of any customer service out there. I haven’t bought a new car in 15 years and Tim L made it easy and stress free. I’m diagnosed with agoraphobia and Tim me feel at ease with the new environment I was in. I would recommend Tim to anybody I know that would visit Tacoma Dodge and he should be recognized for his service.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

El Compa Jerry was a pleasure to work with! He knew exactly what we were looking for. He made everything so easy with paperwork, no problem at all and delivered vehicle to us at home.

Overall a great car, loaded and comfortable. Great buying experience through Jack Powell Escondido, Rick Taylor was extremely helpful in providing info and prompt responses to any questions.

I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)

I bought this 2003 Volkswagen Beetle over the internet. H D'S Auto sales was very honest. Customer service was outstanding! This car was shipped from door to door transport to my driveway to Elkton ,MD. The paint job is like new. Engine looks like it came off the show room floor. I owned Beetles in the past and know what to look for. It took me six months to find what I was looking for. 67000 miles on the car. I had to replace both headlights on the car very common for the year I done it before. Bottom line is H D'S Auto really went out of there way for me. I trusted them with no warranty on the car. 2500 miles to my house. They sold me a car that went right threw Maryland Inspection. 20 year wedding anniversary present to my wife. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. They also have a decent collection of high and low-end vehicles with decent mileage. They work with first time buyers and bad credit as well. Which is a win for many. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

There was one out there with the right exterior color, but not the interior color that I wanted. He could have left it at that, but he didn't. Recently bought Ford F150 from that guys, and was wondering unbelievably technical condition of the car. Price was pretty low compared with an another dealers, I even would say it was a cheapest 150 in area. After pre purchase inspection mechanic said that truck doesn’t need any repairs or investments. Thank you guys again!

The van is very dependable and it performs very good. Other than normal wear and maintenance, I’ve had no issues except a severe rust problem. The doors and other outer surfaces have bad rust. The frame is getting very bad with rust issues. If you can find a fairly rust free van and it’s well maintained, buy it. It’s a very dependable vehicle.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.
