I went to multiple car dealerships and each time I spoke with a sales person and set the parameters of what I was looking for and my budget, everything I said was disregarded and at one location they quoted a lease payment of $219.00 per month and when I went in to see the vehicle, the price changed to $419.00 per month!! On the verge of giving up and just keeping what I had, I looked one more time on line and saw a vehicle I was interested in. I sent an inquiry in to Mohawk Honda and that's where everything changed!! A saleswoman named Amanda text me and asked a convenient time to call (which I appreciated because I work during the day). We ended up texting and I advised her of my price range and what type of car I was looking for and within an hour she sent me two leads on vehicles and included the warrantee information, the car fax, the service records and photographs! She answered every question honestly and always with my best interest in mind. When I said I was interested in one of the vehicles, she asked me to send photographs of my trade in, along with the registration information. Within one hour, I had a reasonable offer for my trade in and we made an appointment to look at the car the following day. I arrived early and she was ready!! She sat and went over all the information and got the car for me to test drive. I asked about one concern about the vehicle and she immediately said she would have the mechanics look over my concern. The car is beautiful and was everything Amanda described and promised. We went in to do the paperwork and there was no wasting of my time, she helped me transfer insurance, get the pay off on the trade in, went over the new vehicles information and I spent less than two hours to seal the deal. Every other dealership had me there for almost four hours and to be honest, with lots of empty promises. I have NEVER had this great an experience at a car dealership, where it felt like they had MY best interest in mind foremost. I liked that my interaction commenced with Amanda and then I was able to continue to work with her through the closing. She is absolutely down to earth, considerate and quite amazing. I watched the entire team of salespeople interact and they were all so helpful to each other, and genuinely friendly and happy. I never said "I have a Car Dealership" before, but I do consider them my Car Dealership and would start and end every vehicle search with them. How refreshing to have an experience like I had with Mohawk Honda. And for the other Dealerships that were a dissappointment...you could learn alot about how to conduct business by watching them! They are doing it right!!!

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

The services provided were good. The online transaction was not completed due to not receiving the final numbers and purchase order online. The salesman was good in communication, but the sales manager failed to provide the final price with the purchase order.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

Just did a 1500 mile trip through the mountains of Tennessee. Gravel roads, highway, and back roads. This car exceeded my expectations. Much better gas milage than stated got between 30-37 mpg. AWESOME!

A Truly Pleasant and Honest Car-Buying Experience I was feeling really upset this morning because of a dealership that kept changing the price, but then I happened to find a car that caught my eye on a website. Then I made an appointment at Merchants Auto for a test drive. At first, the place looked a bit quiet, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and proactive everyone was. There was about a $3,000 difference between the price I saw online and the one initially quoted at the dealership. I mentioned this and also showed them an offer I had received from another dealership the day before. I told them that if they could match that deal, I’d sign right away. They worked hard for nearly an hour — checking different options, running numbers — and finally made it happen. I signed the paperwork and made the down payment on the spot. Even better, the finance rate they offered was about half of what another Boston-area dealership had quoted me, which helped offset that $3,000 difference. What impressed me most was that the price we agreed on during negotiation was exactly the same when it came time to sign the papers — no hidden fees, no surprises. The 2022 Eclipse Cross is a fantastic vehicle. I purchased an SEL FWD with the Touring Package and absolutely love it. This is a really nice looking vehicle, and definitely looks MUCH better than the competition on the outside. The interior looks nice and clean. There is good legroom and headroom. Decent cargo space. Has a ton of safety and comfort features. The LED headlights are fantastic and really light up the road. The ride is smooth and quiet. The turbo engine, while not a racing vehicle, has plenty of get-up-and-go. I like having 2 skylights (front skylight is operable, back skylight non-movable). You sit a little higher up while driving, giving good visibility out the windows. I can't say enough good things about the eclipse cross. I have not had the car long enough to comment on reliability, but have owned Mitsubishi's for almost 30 years so reliability is one thing I don't worry about.

Very nice dealer, just they are an hour and 45 minutes away. But he did offer to pay for my gas if I came to look at the car and did not like it. I just wish he was closer. But if things don't work out here, I may still drive out there.
