Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

Alex the sales gal was super helpful. Straight forward no dancing around. Left with a newer vehicle and happy. Not pushy at all let me take my time and decide on what direction to take.

Already had this car for 3 years and still loving it.Remains modern with all it’s add ons…not jealous at all of all those expensive similar models…this has it all for a whole lot less…thank you

I purchased 2 new Mitsubishi Outlanders after doing Internet research on currently available mid-sized SUVs. A test drive nailed the choice. The 2025 model introduced several changes that have addressed prior criticisms about vague steering and hood vibrations and ride. The fit and finish of both exterior and interior is excellent, typical of a Japanese car and as good or better than the Toyota RAV4 or Nissan Rogue that were being considered (the Outlander and the Rogue share the same platform, but IMHO the Outlander is the better rendition). The interior of the SE trim is very plush at this price point with leatherette and suede seating that is supportive and "hugs" you and looks and feels better than more expensive luxury SUVs in this size class such as the Lincoln Corsair and Aviator. The standard Yamaha audio system produces astonishingly good sound with either Bluetooth audio or Sirius XM. The Outlander supports Android Auto, and its navigation is excellent. Steering feel is excellent and well-weighted, and braking is strong. The Outlander has a surprisingly small turning circle. The electronics assists and displays work flawlessly, especially the adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping and both front and rear parking assistance via the good-sized infotainment display screen, which also provides an overhead overall view (AI?). While the Outlander does have standard third-row seating, the seats and leg room are miniscule (suitable only for very small children or pets) and hard to access, but I plan to never use them for seating and keep them folded down to maximize cargo carrying space, which is even more generous with the second-row seatbacks folded down. Exterior styling is very bold and contemporary and distinctive, especially the front styling and the wheels; it has grown on me. The 2025 Outlander thankfully does not have that horrible stop-start feature where the engine shuts off if stopped at a traffic light, and in hot and humid Florida, the AC is not interrupted like on other new cars. The transmission shift lever is not intuitive to use, but eventually you get used to it (IMHO a simple rotary knob would be easier to use). The Outlander has a very generous power train warranty and comes with the initial three oil change services included. The horsepower is modest but more than adequate for city and suburban driving, and the CVT seems well mated to the engine and drives very smoothly. If Mitsubishi added a turbocharged version, that would certainly boost the acceleration.

I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. He is very patient and kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. Because we’re out of state, it added more work for him but he persevered, even getting the dealer to agree to help fix some items on the car for us, which led to a sold car deal for him and a new (to us) car for us! 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

CarMax is nice except that they do the "No-Haggle Price" thing, which is lame. It was nice though and the man who helped me test drive the car I'm looking at was really nice.

This is the most wonderful car. Just the right size SUV for my needs. I will be staying in the Mitsubishi Family and buy a new one again.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

This is something I've never experienced before. Then as we dug into the purchase details, he walked us thru the process, explaining everything as we went along. I've bought numerous vehicles over the years for my wife and I and our kids. This is the most relaxed and trusting I've experienced. Sammy also shared with me some details where I could save additional money that had nothing to do with my vehicle purchase. By taking my Bill of Sale to the Motor Vehicles, I could save $500. Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

Although the vehicle is not perfect I have not been in any brand that has.The vehicle is actually stylish and vehicle is comfortable I downloaded the app and to date it does work fine.I have owned the vehicle for 4 months now so only time will tell. I appreciate the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as the 10 yr drive traine warranty which also includes the battery and 2 electric motors

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! I had a 2024 same Suv, everthing is same except I dont think the cabin noise is better than 2024, its same or more , thats the only issue I have and it dosent bother me but they advertise that the 2025 will have less cabin noise
