I visited this dealership yesterday. Riley was amazing! Prior to visiting the dealership I called and spoke with Riley over the phone. Told him what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership I noticed it was very family-orientated. Took a test drive on the car that I had researched. Liked it. Finished the financing process, and was out of the dealership in about an hour. It was a refreshing view of a dealership and customer service! Thanks!
I was lucky to find Arizona Specialty Motor on Cars.com when I was looking for my next car. I wasn't in a hurry to trade up and more wanted a special treat for myself. I took my time and looked at dozens of listings for several months. I emailed a few dealers and outreached ASM. I received a personalized response (not a template email) with a cell phone number encouraging me to text if I was interested in a test drive. I sent a text and received a quick response. All of my questions were answered and solutions were offered (installing a back-up camera) in my desired vehicle, which no other dealer had even mentioned was an option. I stopped by after work and was greeted immediately. The car was cleaned and ready for my test drive. Chad and Drew were so friendly, so relaxed and simply talked to me like a person- not a sale. We chatted about fantasy football while watching MNF. They worked with me on a fair trade amount and I had a new car in 2 1/2 hours with my EXACT desired monthly payment; no haggling and tons of laughter. I really can't believe we accomplished so much before dinner. I would highly encourage anyone to bring their business to them. So happy with my purchase!

Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After months of searching, this is where I finally found my dream car! Sales rep Michael was a ton of fun during our test drive and made me feel really comfortable in the car and answered all necessary questions. The sales managers were patient with me while I spent most of the afternoon making my decisions and consulting others for input. The detailing team made great work of my car when I asked for a pretty major transformation in taking off all the plastidip that the previous owner applied all over the car. All in all I trust this team and am so excited to have my new car.

What I liked about this dealership they are friendly and they help in anyway they can. As well they let me take my time and answered all the questions that I had even if it was not in the same time. My overall experience I rated 5 and I recommend this dealership.

It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. Juan my salesman was excellent!
We bought a used Explorer from Mark Mitsubishi this week. We made them work for the deal and they did! Quentin was our salesman and was extremely easy and no stress to work with. Adam, the sales manager was so easy to work with as well. They did some leg work to get a deal we were happy with and recommend Mark Mitsubishi to anyone!
We were starting our search for a new car and stopped at Mark Mitsubishi first ( as it was closest to our home). We were greeted by Mark Anderson who was friendly, courteous and made a favorable impression. although we had not intended to purchaw a new car yet, his manner and enthusiasm, let alone the qquality of the brand, etc., caused us to begin and end our search. It was a pleasure buying from Mark.
I bought a used Outlander from Mark in early 2017. There were some problems initially, but they stepped up and made it right. Since then, the service has been first rate. Do yourself a favor and ask for Will Parker. This young man will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. All in all a remarkable experience.

I got online to schedule an appointment for my car for routine maintenance and some warranty work. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I assumed my car would need to be kept for work. The online system recommended a Saturday appointment. I figured I would drop it off and would have to pick up the following week. Much to my surprise, my vehicle was ready later that day with everything done! The dealer even called to follow up on my experience. Thanks, Lunde!
