Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

Was car shopping early one morning with my son looking for his dream car. Found our way to their dealership and “Adela” welcomed us in and “Jimmy” immediately got the keys and showed us the car. After a test drive and some paperwork my son was driving his new car home. Jimmy was phenomenal through out the entire process. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Yeah like I said it's fast. Trust me and go automatic transmission. Turns out it's so fast it outran the 6th gear it desperately needs in the manual transmission. Gas guzzler because of that, AND it's just impossible to drive it in slow grampa mode.

I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

I typically don’t write reviews but you always hear the horror stories about dealerships never the good, to say that car shopping in this economy is scary is an understatement!!! Rich Catalano and his team are a gem a diamond if you will. I went car shopping last weekend for my youngest daughter and I was wrecked. Rich and his associate Chris made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I myself with a past working in the dealership business had my guard up but it honestly was the most amazing experience I ever went through, everything was a conversation amongst friends. Rich welcomed us to the RT46 family and I felt it to be true.. They made my child feel welcomed and like her voice and questions were heard. I will forever only work with the Rt 46 group from here on out and recommend them across the board!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars doesn’t do this dealership justice even if you aren’t actively looking for a vehicle pass by say hi to rich and Chris look around with an open mind and come join the family. Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

I saw an SUV online @ RT46 Mitsubishi in Totowa NJ. that want to see. I saw a salesman named Omar about it. He acted fast told me to take it for test drive. Once I got back we started talking price that I can afford. He was so professional on answering all my questions too, and the management team handled it all themselves too.I felt comfortable since the first walk into the dealer. I was offered coffee and thoutgave out bottles of water.. I'm happy with my Jeep I purchase. I give Onar and his team 5 stars. This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

Best car I have ever owned, fun fast, very reliable as all stock. This is the safest car - if you know how to drive it. The all wheel drive is so smart it will recover if you get the car sideways. After awhile getting an evolution 9 mr sideways is the most amazing thing you can do, until you try it on snow and ice - mind blowing fun this car drives better sideways - than just high speed cornering. Most people will never experience this, I would recommend a run in an Evo 9 as a must do before you die. (I work in automotive 25 years and have driven 85% of all car, even a stutz bearCat). There is nothing that drives like an Evolution IX MR in the world.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Highly recommend that entire team over at Brooklyn Ram. Jimmy and everyone at the location were genuine, nice, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as easy as can be. Found a car online, confirmed it was there, scheduled a test drive, and even though they were extremely busy and I had to wait a little bit, they made sure to let me know I was a priority and it was about me, not just a sale.

Most City/HW Driving for me is around 26+ MPG (though I accelerate and drive a bit fast). As another review stated, you can get 33+ MPG if you stay 50-60MPH which is amazing. Handling is great, allows you to feel the road, doesn't feel too assisted, all of which is good imo. Body fits well into compact parking spaces. I like the "bare bones" interior design of the Standard version. Does exactly what I want it to do, no issues with any instruments/electronics. I find the car pretty comfortable, though the back seats are a bit cramped for average to taller people. Only issue I've found is I've had the catalytic converter stolen and both the dealership and the tow truck person said that the car is an easy target because they're higher off the ground and the converter is easy to get to. They've both recommended adding a cage, band, or other defensive measure to detract criminals. I've really enjoyed driving this car, will definitely hold onto this as I bought it brand new in 2021 and 2 years later now in 2023, I'm still enjoying driving this.

I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

This car is definitely similar in quality to competitors with better brand exposure such as Honda or Toyota. In 6 years of ownership My family put almost 105K miles with many trips out of state without any issues. I had typical maintenance such as brakes / rotors and rear struts. NYC roads are not exactly great quality. This car went through a lot and is holding up as good as Honda or Toyota for a lot less money. I have owned Hondas and Toyota's in the past. Toyota Highlander was my first choice it was almost $43k for the fully loaded version at the time. I paid $25K plus tax for the limited S-Mitsubishi Outlander AWD model. Last thing to note when driving smoothly I reached 39 mpg on the highway fully loaded on eco mode crusing at 62 mph.

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !
