2019 Genesis G80 review
The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

If you’re in the market for a new Lincoln, your guy should be Michael Zeller at Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. I know what you’re probably thinking — that’s a long drive if you live in Southern Maryland — but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and kindly, never once making me feel like I had asked a silly question. He definitely doesn’t keep banker’s hours — I could text him anytime and he was always quick to respond. On top of that, he saved me a significant amount of money compared to every other quote I received for the exact same new Lincoln within about a 2.5-hour driving radius. David Lewald also took great care of me by securing 0% financing, and at no point did I feel pressured or pushed into additional options or upgrades. Buying a new car can be an extremely stressful transaction, but with these guys the entire experience was smooth as silk. If you’re thinking about buying a Lincoln, it’s well worth the drive to Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. Make sure you ask for Michael Zeller!
2020 Ford F-150 review
I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

2022 Acura MDX review
I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. 2017 Kia Sorento review
I have owned a 2017 Kia Sorento EX 4-cylinder turbo with the Premium package for around seven years now, and have been impressed with the ride, the mileage (up to the high 20's on the highway-fully loaded!), and the durability of the interior. We have used it to snowbird to Fl every year. With the second seat down, the car has great storage capacity, and with the spare tire mounted underneath the car, and no third row seat, there is additional secure storage under the cargo mat. We bought the car used with around 24,000 miles with an extended warranty (up to 100,000 miles), and besides the routine brake and tire renewals, have had few issues, besides a transaxle that leaked and was replaced under the extended warranty. Kia has had issues with the 4-cylinder turbo engine (as had other car brands)! and, as a result, a few years ago extended the powertrain warranty for the engine from 100,000 to 150,000 miles. On the way back from FL. in May we noticed a loss in power, pulled off the highway near Columbia, SC and had the car towed to a Kia dealership on that Saturday evening. The short version here is that after renting a car and returning to NJ, we initiated discussions with the SC dealer to qualify our car for the 150k warranty, which after a week or two were successful. The engine was repaired and a new turbocharger, starter motor, and intake cylinder were also installed at no additional cost to us. We decided to have the car delivered back to NJ. The message here is that if you decide to purchase a used Kia with a 4-cylinder turbo engine, be sure to have the engine thoroughly evaluated, particularly if you are considering a vehicle with 100,000 miles or more. And, if you currently own one and the engine fails, be sure to maintain good service records, get your car diagnosed by Kia, and patiently prepare for a lengthy discussion with the upper Kia echelon to ensure that your repair is covered under warranty. Given the delay in the repair of our Sorento, we needed to purchase another Kia, here in NJ - a 2023 Telluride. We still own the 2017 Kia Sorento, and have it listed for 13,750 dollars on the Cars.com site. Given the engine improvements, it should provide many more miles to the new owner.

2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

2023 Acura MDX review
Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

2025 Nissan Altima review
I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

2024 INFINITI QX80 review
After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
2015 Lexus LS 460 review
Very Luxurious Car inside and out, super reliable, never had any issues, drove the S500 and BMW 7 series before buying and liked this much better. Bought it used but it felt brand new. It is the best value luxury car available. Really amazing on long road trips or when you are in the car all day, it is like driving around in a recliner or a living room couch.
