The very best experience of any dealership I have ever had. I was looking to trade-in my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I called everywhere within a 100 mile radius. No one had anything close to what I wanted, until I called San Leandro Chrysler and talked with Vanessa Abaunza. When she answered I asked the same question as I had for every call before her. I told her, I'm looking for a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn. No sooner having said these words, and she said, you have good taste. I thought for a moment, is she being real or just being a sales rep. Then she said, I love the Longhorn, it's my favorite and she went on and on about it. No other sales rep from any dealership told me I have good taste. She made me feel great from the very start. She had me at "Hello"... She continued asking, what exactly I was looking for on the truck and what color? I wanted everything in Delmonico Red. She immediately said, I have it. I was skeptical, but curious. Can you show me? Next thing I knew, I was looking online at the truck of my dreams. I asked, how did you do that? I have spoken to every dealership and no one had anything close. I was about to give up and then you pull this out from nowhere. My heart was pounding, I could hardly speak a word from that point. I about had tears I was so beside myself. Her next words were, when do you want to come see it? I explained that I was about 80 miles away. She came back with, I have customers that come from everywhere, just to buy from us here at San Leandro Chrysler. I told her, I really don't want to drive 2 hours one way just for this truck. She came back with, is this the truck you want and have been looking for? My answer, Y E S ... she then said, what's 2 hours, if you get the exact truck you want? Well, I had to agree, she had me and I knew it and I wasn't going to let anyone have that truck but me. There was a lot of details left out in this review, but I want everyone reading to understand that I have never ever encountered a better sales than her. She is the very best. I love her. She was honest, sincere, funny, just the most amazing person to deal with. I cannot say enough or give her higher praise of any sales rep. ... if you are looking for a new RAM truck or any Dodge, Jeep, call and talk with Vanessa in sales, she'll hook you up, just like she did me.

2026 Dodge Charger review
The Charger is pretty comfortable with high grade materials and large passenger seating. The backseat can actually be used by adults which is impressive in a sports coupe. In my opinion this is not a sports car. Rather Gran Turismo (GT). It’s extremely quick and will get over posted speed limits in a few seconds. The Charger is full of high tech which we’ll see how they hold up with the years. But for now everything works as it should and very well. One big hiccup for me is the exhaust sound which is extremely raspy and tin canny. But this growing on me and don’t mind it as much. I couldn’t expect a V8 note out of a twin turbo straight six.

2026 Dodge Charger review
Aesthetic with the performance of this vehicle. Remind me lot of the early models in the past. The in-line six engine with the R/T and scat pack make this vehicle very versatile. I particularly like the sound of the engines that start up and the standard tech is state of the art. My concern is what will happen in the future for updates or major changes in technology. I am pleased with it overall gas performance a recent trip from Delaware to New York showed on economy highway miles of 27.2. They found off the car is the fact that you can change the different mode to economy all the way up to drag racing. I recommend this vehicle wholeheartedly and hope my generation ( baby boomers) will give the nostalgic version I try. Happy driving.

2025 Nissan Altima review
I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. Cars. Com helped me narrow down what make and model I was looking for. And who had it. Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! Eric came back and gave us our new car with a tank of gas! So we got there at 7pm left there around 9ish. Not too shabby! And I was expecting all day, nope not at this dealership! All of Erics colleagues came by and said Congrats, enjoy your Car I thought that was nice! So all and all I plan on coming here next time I need a car! Great customer service. Great selection! Definitely would recommend this dealership and talk to Eric!!! Five stars all the way! I work retail so I know all about customer service!
2026 RAM 1500 review
It was great for daily driving and if I have to long road trips I recommend for anybody for any reason to buy this truck.

2026 Toyota Tacoma review
I always wanted a midsize pickup truck and I always wanted one of the Toyota Tacoma. I driven one used which was bought by my brother in law in the 80 with no power option just old school pickup. Now turning the clock forward to 2026 my first midsize pickup truck Toyota Tacoma. I truly believe people at Toyota have gotten everything right the ride is smooth with SR5 model and the price is right for all levels of pickup who don’t need additional options which I love. So far with 5’ of bed it should work out for me and family using it. It is comfortable drive that completed my everyday commute and things around the house and other projects that needed to be done. Having 2 children it is a plus with 4 doors on the SR5 model. It is like everything we wanted in a midsize pickup truck. For me and my family use for everyday life. I highly recommend Toyota Tacoma it is very expensive but in the long run it is worth every penny….

2026 Lexus NX 350h review
My first Lexus ever ,the car I traded in towards this NX350h Luxury model was a 2023 Toyota Venza Limited hybrid .Loved the car and the MPG on the Venza was top notch incredible in town mpg better than expected thus the reason I purchased the NX350h was hoping the hybrid MPG would be close to the MPG I got with the Venza.Have only 650 miles on it thus far and it’s doing extremely well with the MPG as well .Love the car and find it quieter and more comfortable and slightly more responsive than my 2023 Venza .Thus far My rating would be 10 Love The Car as much I was hoping I would .

We came to Fremont toyota on a Sunday to have our car serviced. Our appointment was really early so I came to pick up my husband after dropping our car to service department. We don't know but for some reason we kinda' looked around used car department to browse their Camrys. I've been wanting to trade our other car which is a Corolla since last year. I have a 15 month old baby but since we have a good working 4runner, I was just really hoping for a full sized car coz' i feel it's not too big as an SUV but not too compact as my current car. James Kang approached us at the parking lot and offered help. In my mind, omg they will really try to sell us something. And right there and then I told my husband "we've been though this before, we still have our car, we won't be super impulsive and pressured." That day was not really a day to buy, although i've been wanting the car, but it was not an urgent thing. James came back and talked to us. He had a very nice and light aura- No hassle, No pressure. and that was the first time I felt that way with a dealer. From test driving the car, til contract signing- we didnt feel rushed and obligated. I guess to make long story short, yes i traded my car- but the process was so smooth. And even though we got a 2014 Camry, slightly used, I think we got what we wanted and we are happy. James took care of everything even we had to come back to fix slight dents i found, he was very prompt and honest. He is highly recommended, if you wanna have a good car buying experience.
2026 Toyota Crown Signia review
I have owned this Crown Signia for 1 month now. It has not disappointed me. The ride is both quiet and comfortable. The built-in phone charger is somewhat disappointing but the nearby USB-C port provides easy access for charging. The wireless Android Auto feature works flawlessly.

James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.

2026 Jeep Cherokee review
So far, I really like this car. Only 2 things come to mind in the negative area. No heads-up display is offered and the warrantee could be longer. Other than that, it is a pleasure owning this car.
