My wife and I had an enjoyable time buying our 2026 M2. The salespeople including Yeasin and Sales manager Frank couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. To our surprise, we came away with the vehicle that day after trading in two vehicles and adding some cash to make up the difference. They also helped clean out our two vehicles and prepped the M2 so we could take it home that day.

We went in there after we saw a van online. We left there the first time with nothing. Got a call back from them with a better price. Went it and purchased the van. Super friendly and honest!

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

We found a 2017 Acura RDX that BMW of West Chester was selling. We contacted Scott (salesman) and from the start felt at ease and he was honest and trustworthy, hard to find in a salesperson. The whole process was seemless and we could not be happier! It’s simply a great place to buy any car.

Both Sales managers are first class straight shooters. Dominic was a efficient problem solver who can read situations and provide excellent solutions. We felt like he was on our side to get the most appropriate vehicle at the best available.

If you're looking for a BMW in the Pennsylvania...Delaware area Don't hesitate to go to BMW of Westchester formerly Otto's BMW. They are the best of any other dealership I have shopped!! The sales staff was really nice, especially Ralph.. The service department is excellent as well as the parts department. We definitely will be buying our next BMW at this location!

This dealership exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment and they brought the car inside so it didn't have any snow to clean off. The salesman even threw in a new battery without being asked simply because he noticed the car didn't start too well.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Dealership was clean, salesman was courteous and accommodating. I felt the manager should have introduced himself/herself and welcomed a customer that drove an hour and paid cash for a preowned vehicle. The manager also relayed a message they would not accept a personal check even though I was assured a check was fine before I arrived. I was in the dealership for four hours, most time was spent was for prepping the new vehicle. No other personnel in the dealership said anything to me. There was coffee and water. Would consider adding some small snacks for customers waiting.

I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.
