Mercedes-Benz of Stevens CreekReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek review
There are times in life where you need the person on the phone to understand the assignment. I needed a car immediately and had a packed schedule. I called Stevens Creek Mercedes and was lucky enough to have Harris pick up on the other day end. He asked all the right questions, and understood my time constraint and budget. He got all pre-approvals done and asked me for a time most convenient for me to show up the NEXT DAY! When I got there, everything was pretty much done. I walked out with a new lease. From me making the phone call and driving away in a new mercedes was less than 24 hours! Huge shout out to Harris and BIG thank you for making it simple and sweet!
2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 350e review
Just leased a 2026 GLC350e coming from a 2023 Mercedes EQB300. The EQB was by far the worst and least dependable car I've ever owned. In one month of driving, my initial impressions of the GLC350e are very positive. First of all, from just the cosmetic aspect, it is so much more "Mercedes like" than the EQB, having also owned earlier GLC as well as GLE models. It is far more like a GLE than even my previous C class. Materials, fit and finish, luxury and ride are superb. There is a real advancement in MBUX and electronics. While I like pure EV, it alas just isn't terribly practical now. The GLC350e is rated at 54 miles pure EV but in the first month in albeit warmer weather I'm seeing range up to 70 miles. Everything about this car is smooth, comfortable and attractive. The Verde Silver Metallic paint elicits lots of complements. I cannot yet speak to reliability since the vehicle still only has 500 miles on odometer and I'll revise this review as appropriate. In ICE mode, the 4 cylinder is a bit sluggish but at 77 years old, so am I. I don't see the 4 as a real issue but I did prefer my 6 cyl GLE. So, very positive initial review.

Facilities were a bit dated and the sales experience was a little long, but the representatives were very helpful. We were not financing and had to wait for an extremely long time for our sales representative to get approval from the finance manager. That didn?t make a ton of sense.

I came here and bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 about a week ago and love the car. It's a great car and very much just a luxury car. The sales person I had was Beverly and she was also great. Only bad thing was how long it took to buy the car. But so far I really like it.

Concord Toyota review
The finance manager ? a fellow Marine who said Semper Fi when he found out I served ? went above and beyond to get my deal structured correctly. The whole team including the General Manager got personally involved to make this happen. Moon was transparent, honest, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right vehicle at the right price. He listened to my concerns, removed add-ons I didn't need, and even got me a full tank of gas after I pointed out a minor paint issue during my walkthrough. If you're a veteran or someone with a non-traditional income situation don't hesitate to come here. They will work WITH you not against you. Ask for Moon Yang ? you won't be disappointed. Semper Fi Moon. Thank you Concord Toyota. ??

Facilities were a bit dated and the sales experience was a little long, but the representatives were very helpful. We were not financing and had to wait for an extremely long time for our sales representative to get approval from the finance manager. That didn?t make a ton of sense.

Lalo, Raul and financial department made our car buying experience a positive one. Lalo explained all we needed to know about the models we We?re looking for. Sales manager Raul handled all our questions and let us know about the available incentives. Sale was 100 % transparent since we receive the out the door price to signing the contract. We are definitely coming back to this dealership and will be referring family and friends.
2026 Chevrolet Suburban review
I recently purchased the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vehicle offers a perfect mix of power, luxury, and practicality. The updated design feels both bold and refined, and the interior comfort is next-level — from the premium leather seats to the incredibly quiet cabin. On the road, the ride is smooth and confident. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power for highway driving and towing, while the suspension makes it easy to handle despite its size. The new tech features are also impressive — the large infotainment display, wireless connectivity, and advanced safety systems really elevate the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Suburban Premier feels like a true full-size luxury SUV that’s built for families, road trips, and anyone who appreciates comfort and performance. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability, space, and a touch of elegance in a powerful SUV.

2026 Mazda CX-90 review
After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

Purchase two vehicles from here, one originally became a trade in which made they made the process very smooth. Once traded in, paperwork was processed and payment was accepted, and off I was in a brand new vehicle. Would definitely come back here again especially for the competitive vehicle pricing. Thanks again!
2026 Toyota bZ review
Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

Fremont ToyotaReviews
Fremont Toyota review
We came to Fremont toyota on a Sunday to have our car serviced. Our appointment was really early so I came to pick up my husband after dropping our car to service department. We don't know but for some reason we kinda' looked around used car department to browse their Camrys. I've been wanting to trade our other car which is a Corolla since last year. I have a 15 month old baby but since we have a good working 4runner, I was just really hoping for a full sized car coz' i feel it's not too big as an SUV but not too compact as my current car. James Kang approached us at the parking lot and offered help. In my mind, omg they will really try to sell us something. And right there and then I told my husband "we've been though this before, we still have our car, we won't be super impulsive and pressured." That day was not really a day to buy, although i've been wanting the car, but it was not an urgent thing. James came back and talked to us. He had a very nice and light aura- No hassle, No pressure. and that was the first time I felt that way with a dealer. From test driving the car, til contract signing- we didnt feel rushed and obligated. I guess to make long story short, yes i traded my car- but the process was so smooth. And even though we got a 2014 Camry, slightly used, I think we got what we wanted and we are happy. James took care of everything even we had to come back to fix slight dents i found, he was very prompt and honest. He is highly recommended, if you wanna have a good car buying experience.
2026 Toyota RAV4 Plug-In Hybrid review
Had for a month now. Do most of our driving on electric. 1000 miles since buying it and only used about 100 miles on hybrid engine. Can charge from 0-100% in about 2.5 hours on dedicated EV 240. Mileage is great. Handles fantastic. Have woodland trim and getting closer to 55-56 miles per charge. It is FAST! love the updated technology and screens. Much more modern, looks more EV. Traded in 2022 RAV4 Hybrid that we loved and even happier with the plug in version. With the fuel efficiency it has as a hybrid the EV range isn’t much cheaper where we are but feels great to do most of our driving in electric and better for the environment!

San Francisco HondaReviews
San Francisco Honda review
The reason we use resources like Cars.com is to avoid the typical in person experience of buying a new car. I initially emailed SF Honda in regards to a vehicle I saw listed on Cars.com Surprisingly they replied back saying it was a glitch on the website and the vehicle was actually no longer available. I was looking more so for a year older vehicle yet still new. They were prompt to reply and let me know so at least the waiting and wondering wasn't a problem. I replied back and made a straight forward offer on a different vehicle. Surprisingly once again they replied and agreed on it despite me having my doubts. After that replies between emails were prompt. We settled on the price and I came in soon after. Nothing was changed as far as pricing from what was originally discussed in emails. It was a smooth despite long process. The facility is nice with a big space despite being in busy downtown San Francisco area. Parking is difficult but they accommodated me to park in the areas not really designated for the public. I had already came in with a preapproval from my bank, but found it strange I had to fill out another credit check? Almost seemed like they were trying to get me a better rate and to go with their in house lending. I did ask why, but they said it was protocol? I did still end up using my bank. Our sales person Vanessa Velasquez was accommodating and answered my questions that I had presented regarding the additions on the paperwork when it came down to purchasing the vehicle. Overall it was a smooth process and I really have no complaints. The overall staff from our sales consultant Vanessa to the finance manager have a consistent attitude of "straight forward" To some that might not be good enough as some customers want more of the soft happy go lucky attitude. Here at SF Honda, the do signs of it, but not overly done like most dealerships. Again, some will hate it, others don't mind. I personally didnt mind because in the end, it comes down to agreeing on a price. Vanessa was not push on options that I wanted removed. Our finance manager when it came down to almost closing on the vehicle also had to push other add ons which I'm sure they have to do. But did not ridicule or do high pressure tactics when ultimately I declined them. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Probably more professional than personable as I mentioned above with the straight forward attitude. Vanessa did crack a smile every now and then, but she was definitely more passive, which I prefer. While our finance manager who helped on closing and doing all the paperwork was definitely more aggressive. Still, both did not exceed any boundaries to turn things into high pressure sales situation. The facility was clean, very open, which is rare and ironic these days in a city like San Francisco where real estate is usually very tight and small. They have plenty of inventory off site close by. Clean restrooms, and a nice waiting area with coffee machine that you can help yourself with. Our sales consultant Vanessa had actually got us refreshments while we were sitting down with her going over the details. I don't buy new cars often so this is a rare situation, but I had no problem and was satisfied with my experience. San Francisco Honda is very professional. A perk of purchasing here especially if you are coming from out of town is you can spend time in the city.

Dirito Bros. answered my queries professionally and helpfully.
2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
The car is an absolute joy to drive. It handles amazingly. I wanted reliable, good fuel mileage, and sporty. The car checks all 3 boxes. I’ve put almost 1500 miles on the car in 15 days. It goes from miles per gallon to smiles per gallon with a simple press of the gas pedal. I did a lot of research on the car before the test drive and the purchase. The reviews could not have prepared me for the actual test drive and how well the car performs. The car will break the tires loose at 20 mph. I have zero negative things to say about the car. I can’t even attempt to say anything negative. I drive almost 80 miles per day for work. I look forward to the commute thanks to the car.
