I worked with an extremely easy going team at this dealership. Ernie answered my initial call and was fast to get me help with Mike who had the vehicle I wanted ready in less the a half an hour after our call! Well it turns out Mike is from Canada and also really knows his restaurants and is a very personable guy who I'd suggest to ask for if you go in! My whole buying process was smooth with ernie, Mike and their finance guy (who is very senior in his position)

Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

Excellent service to my Subaru Cross Trek at Carlsbad AutoNation Subaru. Service Writer, Jesse, kept me informed until car my car was ready to go..

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. This dealership delivered a First in Class experience from start to finish. I found a car that was just obtained through a trade in, and the picture was not available yet. Based off the description and price, this vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. I submitted an inquiry online and received a call within a few hours. The sales manager followed up an hour later to ensure all my questions were answered. I went in for a test drive and signed a credit application. This occurred at 8:30 pm and we agreed to reconvene the next day to discuss financing. BMW of Carlsbad sent the financing terms I had requested on my initial visit. We set an appt time for me to return and finalize the paperwork. I arrived to find a detailed car, full tank of gas and was in and out in under 1 hour. We just turned in our 2023 Subaru Ascent and drove off with a 2026 Model! The whole experience could not have been better! Matt our Salesman was amazing!!!

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

My overall experience with the sales and financial staff was outstanding. I honestly don't remember having a better experience while purchasing both a used and a new car that I did with the people of AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad.

Best car ever! Had it 5 days now, getting 34 MPG. It handles my terrible dirt roads and steep hills with ease. It is so comfortable, and a blast to drive. The ability to see the road far surpasses other cars I've owned, LOVE THIS CAR! All the team at AutoNation were so kind, PATIENT and helpful. They allowed me ample time to make my decision and made sure to answer all of my questions. THEY ARE HONEST and not pushy at all. What a relief. The whole teams is great, and I look forward to using AutoNation as my service provider for this fantastic new car.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Mossy Nissan Escondido. They were super patient and gave us a good price without any effort, as well as a fair trade in value. I enjoyed dealing with the sales manager Jason, he was very up front about everything and doesn't play games. He's also very honest and says it like it is, we enjoyed his humor through the process. The sales people are very friendly and eager to help even when another dealer will be getting the commision. Our original sales person, Ramez Deeb, has greeted us every time I've seen him and helped us any way he could every single time. I pre-ordered a second car from Nissan, and George Barouta at Mossy Escondido went above and beyond showing me the cars, taking measurements, and helping any way he could. He put no pressure on me and was super easy to deal with. Mossy Escondido was the best experience I've had at a dealership ever! Unfortunately Nissan (Not Mossy) took forever to send my car and when I ended up selling my current car, I had to go to another dealership (since I could no longer wait for the car with trim I wanted). It was then I realized how different the experience can be and just how good Mossy Nissan Escondido is. The other dealer promised the world and then tried to rip me off, I had to walk out the door with my cash offer before they ran out and eventually got close enough that I didn't drive away without a car, and then only because I had checked every other dealer around 3 counties and knew this was the only one with my car. I've only had one service so far with Mossy Escondido and it was great, supper fast service by appointment, they washed the car and detailed the tires for free with the great priced service.

Sales customer service was the best experience ever ! Candace could not have been nicer, more accommodating and made the process painless. Alex facilitated the transaction and the same. we are very happy and would continue to buy from her and Alex! You can buy a car anyplace, why not where they take great care of you instead of the stress normally associated with buying a car. 10 stars....

My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

I've owned a number of BMWs in the past, all with six speed manual transmissions. This time around I went looking for a clean, low mile 330i within a certain price range. I did some research and found five possible cars in the Southern Cal market. I first came to Carlsbad BMW because a friend of mine had enjoyed a good experience buying his X5. I made an appointment and feel like I lucked out with salesman Demetrio Trujillo. He knew his stuff and, once he realized I knew something of these cars too, showed me the car and offered me straightforward information without any hype or attitude. He knew the car because he had sold it the first time when it was new! At any rate I ended up buying the car and Demetrio made what could have been an enervating experience much easier.

My wife and I had a great experience at Hyundai of Escondido! As soon as we got there, we were immediately helped by Mike Nybo. He was very friendly, honest, and genuine. He wasted no time helping us see the car we were interested in and got us behind the steering wheel quickly. He directed us on a great test drive route so we could really get a good feel for the car. Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.
