I've had two excellent experiences with Shockley Honda when buying a car from them. The first was a little over a year ago and the second experience was last week. I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. There was no pressure to use their financing when I told them I had my own. I appreciate the respectful way I was treated. It really seemed like I was his only customer that day when I knew I wasn't. Plus, it didn't stop there! Chris made the delivery from Frederick to Parkville himself and has followed up with me to make sure all is well and that I am happy with the car and his service. If you’re in the market for a new Lincoln, your guy should be Michael Zeller at Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. I know what you’re probably thinking — that’s a long drive if you live in Southern Maryland — but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and kindly, never once making me feel like I had asked a silly question. He definitely doesn’t keep banker’s hours — I could text him anytime and he was always quick to respond. On top of that, he saved me a significant amount of money compared to every other quote I received for the exact same new Lincoln within about a 2.5-hour driving radius. David Lewald also took great care of me by securing 0% financing, and at no point did I feel pressured or pushed into additional options or upgrades. Buying a new car can be an extremely stressful transaction, but with these guys the entire experience was smooth as silk. 2026 Ford F-250 review

2026 Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid review
I love my new Prius. It is elegant in appearance, fun to drive, and easy to plug in and recharge. Since I began charging it I haven't used any gas. I love the safety features.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. When I left the shop, I heard a loud knocking noise from the front wheel and had to take my truck back immediately. It was fixed and I was told that the tire balance was off. I believe it should be best practice to test drive all vehicles after any work is done to prevent the inconvenience of customers having to bring their vehicle back. I use to get my car serviced at this shop years ago and stopped because I had such a bad experience with my truck repairs. I have decided to give you?ll another chance and hope that things have gotten better. I will let this one slide for now. I am scheduled to have repairs done next week and I am expecting perfection. Please do not let me down. I would prefer to support my local Jeep service, but will not hesitate to patronize another facility if I feel that I am not getting the quality service I deserve here.

2026 Nissan Z review
Super fast sports car. 400 horses 0 to 60 only 4.1 seconds. Highway gas mileage is 31 miles per gallon. I love my new Z.
