Rusty Wallace Honda review
Easy experience. Michael McGuiness is a fine salesman, giving me insights on the Civic I didn’t have. When the weather was threatening to turn bad the weekend I was coming to finalize the deal, they had a driver deliver my car to my work 190 miles away ! Now that’s service. My only complaint was no manual in glovebox, but if the dealership can’t find one, Honda will send one free. Would DEFINITELY recommend.
2026 Honda Ridgeline review
Ridgeline Black Edition, the top-of-the-line model, is a great light utility vehicle that also makes a great daily driver. As comfortable to drive as a car. Gets good gas mileage for a truck and has many outstanding safety features, which is why I bought it again after owning two. Next year is going to be a major upgrade. The current model does not have all the features of the Honda Pilot, which has the same engine. Upgraded stereo, heated and cooled seats, and a place to charge your phone without connecting with a cable. Electronics are somewhat confusing because they are layered. Really good view out the front and side. Only black interior. Locked trunk in bed. AC outlet in bed. Quick in acceleration, 0-60 in about six seconds if needed. Steering is somewhat heavy and not exactly as precise as my last model. Overall, this is my third, and I keep coming back because it works for me. AWD can tow 5000 lbs. The black edition comes in three colors: Black, White, and Sonic Gray Pearl, which I bought, and many have commented on. Would I buy again or wait till next year when a hybrid comes out? I needed the safety features now, and the first year of a new edition generally is not that reliable.

2026 Subaru Forester review
I bought this 2026 Subaru Forester Premium to replace the 2026 KIA Sportage that we had bought back in November 25. The KIA wasn't bad but the service department sucks. It had peeling paint on the bumper, and they denied the warranty claim, I started thinking if they are going to deny peeling paint what happens when something goes wrong with the engine or transmission. So much for their 10-year 100,000-mile warranty, what a joke. We currently own a 2024 Subaru Outback and now the 2026 Subaru Forester. All of the Subarus that we have own have treated us good, just make sure that keep up with maintenance and they last a long time. Landers Mclartys Subaru in Huntsville, AL, treated very fair with our trade-in and price on both vehicles,

2026 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Overall pretty good, however it is undocumented if you turn off or adjust some of the safety setting it will cause light on dash to come on and make you think issue with system (ex collision if you change from default of alert and brake to alert only). I think this is an issue and should not light dash light to indicate an issue with the system because of alert settings.

Grayson SubaruReviews
2025 Subaru Outback review
I'd say I'm brand-loyal to Subaru, given the ratings and history of the company and its emphasis on charitable contributions to animal and environmental causes, as well as my long time enjoyment of my former Subaru. So, when I needed to replace my 2008 Outback, my decision to upgrade to a new Outback was easy. As for the 2025, compared with the 2008, I am happy with the many "automated" features (like eyesight assisted braking and lane correction, adaptive cruise control, auto dimming brights, Auto Vehicle Hold, etc). Overall, I love the car. On the downside: I do not love the larger size. It feels like the seats and armrests were designed for a larger person than my 2008 Subie was (because the average body size of people had increased in recent years??}, and it's not an ideal fit for me. Also, the angled door armrests do not easily allow for actually resting my arm; it feels like I'm slipping off of it. I wish Subaru had not increased the size of the Outback, which now feels more like an SUV than a wagon. Maybe when I take my first car-camping trip, I'll appreciate the roomier interior.

My experience with Bennie Barcroft was excellent. He answered all my questions quickly and put together a quote that was detailed and transparent. He was quick to answer follow-up questions and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I ended up not ordering a vehicle at this time due to high interest rates but will contact him first when I decide to do so.

AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!

Rice Buick - GMC delivered beyond our expectations! My husband and I little road trip (3+hrs) from Clarksville, TN in the middle of our recent winter snow/ice storm was well worth it. Corresponding with sales (Daniel) was spot on...very friendly, professional, and pleasant addressing my concerns and making time for me immediately!! New ownership sank in shortly after our initial text/conversation; photos were sent to me directly soon after clearing off the snow/wheeling it in to be detailed. All that for me, WOW!!! My 2024 GMC Yukon 4WD SLT (Luxury Package w/Ultimate 22" wheels), sterling metallic, mileage 5132 and that's unheard of is an ABSOLUTE BEAUTY! The entire purchasing process was swift and seamless. We were greeted by name with smiles by everyone upon entering the dealership, making us feel very comfortable like family. The entire team (from sales consultant to finance to product and delivery specialist) all valued me as a customer, thoroughly walking me through set up/familiarization of the premium infotainment system. Rice Buick - GMC - Winner, winner and I highly recommend them, 100% The Smart Choice!!!

Rusty Wallace Chevrolet review
My experience with Rusty Wallace Chevrolet Clinton was great. I knew exactly what I was looking for and knew my numbers before I went. Looked at the truck, drove the truck and had a deal within 2 hours. No high-pressure sales tactics. My funding wasn't coming until later in the week. The TEAM worked with me on that. I would definitely go back to RWC Clinton

2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My name is Danny Lee. I am a currently serving Grayson BMW as a Service Advisor and will soon migrate to Grayson Genesis. It has come to my attention that Jordan Coleman has been newly designated as the Fixed Operations Director for Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I applaud this dealer for recognizing the unmistakable quality of the asset they now have on their team. I have known Jordan for the entirety of his decorated career in the automotive industry which spans over the last 15 years. We've done and run business together in numerous facets each with our client base as the focal point in every environment thus far. We were given sage advice early on by those wiser than us. "Take care of people, and the rest will follow" has been our mantra & will continue to be so long as we are in positions to serve our communities. I am eager to see the energy and drive that Jordan brings to the table through servant-leadership cascade outward toward his new team and all those who allow them to earn their business. I can confidently say that the culture there is about to receive a potent upgrade.

Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
We drove from Kentucky to purchase our daughter her first vehicle. Keith Russell was the best. We were in and out and on our way back to Kentucky all within a couple hours. The experience was wonderful and our daughter couldn’t be happier. We have purchased many new vehicles throughout the years and this by far was one of our best experiences. Keith was easy to deal with and easy to talk to, felt like we’d known him forever. We were beyond pleased with him and this dealership. We will highly recommend and plan on being back ourselves.

2026 RAM 2500 review
Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.
