Staff was friendly courteous and work was performed in a timely manner. Asked to have the front license installed. the rivets were missing. They managed to come up with some rivets and the job was complete.

Had problems with Electrical, tried Caar Subaru where we had purchased our Forester. The explanation of the problem that my husband gave them made no sense to them. We became frustrated with their lack of customer service. We went into Royal Moore to ask for assistance. We were met by Isaha, the most charming young man, very helpful. Isaha went out of his way to help us determine the problem and understood what my husband was saying. He determined the problem, set us up with an appointment to have it fixed and the rest is history. We are having our brakes done there, our a/c recall taken care of and will be using Royal Moore service department in the future. I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

Purchased a car yesterday. It was a pleasant experience. Bryce was professional, courteous, and he made me feel comfortable. All other staff members I spoke with were genuinely helpful.

Over all it was a good experience. The salesman and finance guys were very nice. I would have given a 5 star except I got very low balled on my trade-in. I understand that they are not a Subaru dealership but the least they could have done is given me low trade in value. All in all I am happy with my new car.

I met with sales team member Bruce Stromenger who helped me buy a GLE 450. Bruce is an amazing professional, easy to work with, and so patient as I worked through the many options and packages to choose from. I was actually looking at other GLE 450s at other dealerships. Bruce was professional the whole way. Never pressured me at all. Always helpful. It was a combination of the car and Bruce that closed the sale. Very happy I was able to work with him.

Scot and Thomas were amazing to work with both very knowledgeable, had the answer for all our questions! Everyone works as a team example we came to look at the bronco and was on show room floor and no hesitation from any of them to move cars around to get it out for a drive! Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

2026 Jeep Sahara. Starting looking online at Ron Tonkin saw my dream car 👊 it was love at first sight 😍. Beau made it very easy and quick. My family didn't even have a chance to get rubber butt. This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.

My experience was great! Jorge really did a great job at helping me feel satisfied with my purchase and overall gave me a great impression and has great customer service. The only problem that would deflect a 5 star rating to this dealership, is my new used 2022 Camry only came with one key, not two. With a basically brand-new vehicle, this should be a given. Other than that, I had a pretty good experience.

This is our third Rav4. Love it comfort, handling, mpg. Etc. Handles great in all Driving conditions. Like the comfort package Option and the drone mobile app.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.
