I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.

This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

This is my first experience with Jaguar and it could not have been better. Because of my preferred options, I had to order my vehicle. My sales representative, Gavin, guided me through the entire process and kept me updated on the order. Upon delivery, the professional staff made the process a very smooth and personable. My initial experience at the Safford Brown Kia Dealership was extremely disappointing.I had an appointment with Mark Tehrani concerning the purchase of 2015 Toyota Rav 4.Upon my arrival he acted in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner(the vehicle that I went there to purchase was already sold and was not even apologetic.Luckily for me one of the managers intervened and the day had a happy ending.Mark Tehrani is not suited for this position,I’ll never recommend anyone to do business with him.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

These reviews are so surprising. It seems the newer cars are treated better than the older models, which is not good. I bought my Accent at Alexandria Hyundai, used, but not serioiusly (4,000) miles. Each appointment was different as far as customer service. Sometimes it was ready early, sometimes much later than promised, and other times right on time. The trick is not to leave a message with the receptionist or someone else in maintenance. Go right to the dealership manager. If they are not available right then, ask again and again to see the manager until you see them. Remember this is Covid-19 season. All services are delayed or forgotten from time to time. Services are overbooked and tempers are frayed. As far as MY Accent? Everything was taken care of, I got phone calls, the manager was so helpful and I will be replacing my Accent within the year for a newer model. I bought my beautiful 2007 light blue car with 4,000 miles. I now have 104,044 miles and the car runs like a champ! I've gotten major, expected repairs done on time and oil changes faithfully.. Don't give up on Alexandria Hyundai. Just know who to talk to. Like any other business. You'll get more accomplished with the Managers. If not, change dealers - just make sure to give them a chance to make it better. Happy New Year!

Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

As always, the dealership does top quality work and I am very pleased with the job they did for my 2021 S585 sedan. I was especially impressed by the video of the proposed repairs and maintenance work - a new service that worked out very well. One aspect of this visit however could stand to be improved. It took 2.5 days to return my car to me, largely due to the unavailability of a check out driver to validate that the car was ready to go - at least that's what I was told.
