I went in looking to lease the same model I had a CRV LX and Daniel, my sales rep, made the entire process smooth and easy from the start. We communicated by email beforehand, so when I arrived at the dealership, almost everything was ready to go. At the last minute, I decided to change the color, and Daniel was extremely patient and helpful. He also explained the available incentives, which led me to upgrade to a CR-V Hybrid, a better vehicle while still staying within the lease payment!!!! They took my trade in and gave me credit toward the new lease, which was great! Cesar from the finance department was also great, clearly explaining everything and helping with my plate transfer.
