This car does exactly what I needed a new car to do. I bought mine in July of 2025 and now 7 months later I have not had one issue with it. It gets great gas mileage, is very comfortable and I love the info system and stereo, For the money you cannot go wrong, this is my first foreign car and now I am done paying a arm and a leg for anything from Ford or GM.

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. This was the best car-buying experience I?ve ever had. David Henley was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and prompt when helping me buy my new Prius. I walked in expecting to get into a used car, only for David and the finance manager to help improve my situation with a brand new Prius at an incredibly low price! These people really care about not letting people get upside down in a loan that only hurts them in the long run. I will absolutely be returning here when my wife and I are ready to purchase a new mini van for her.

He was able to help me out on my used 2013 Ford Focus having clutch issues and get me back on the road... my original dealership told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I took it over here and I wish I went here way sooner. After only having my car for a day, I could tell they were doing more work than my original dealership ever did. They found my "shuttering" issue and was able to get it fixed after a battle with Ford in approving the repair. They also found issues that my original dealership missed/caused. They took care of me- instead of a 5000 dollar job, it only resulted in 440 dollars. Tyson was excellent and I felt like he knew what he was doing the whole time. He kept me in the loop and explained everything perfectly. I never once got an impression he was trying to screw me or run a fast one on me- it was the exact opposite. I knew I could trust him and he was trying to help me. Tyson you are the best sir!!!! I will be coming back anytime my car faces issues. I can trust Tyson and Jack Schmitt. IT set up my phone for me and explained all the features of the car and showed me how they work. I did not feel pressure and the entire experience only took about 2 1/2 hours.
