Engine light came on, rough shifting, Adam in Service dept fit my truck in for diagnostics within a week. Tech found bad coil, replaced and repaired, also suggested new wires and battery was needing to be replace really low crank, all work completed and again on the road after 310,000 miles. I have had only good experiences with the service department staff and techs. Sometimes it cost some money but its a machine and if you take care or it, it will last.

Apparently, his staff had not informed him of the reported issue at the time of my initial complaint. While nothing could change the past, I have to say that he did seem sincere in his concern about the circumstances and willingness to correct any shortcomings. He advised that his service department had undergone management/leadership adjustment since my negative experience . I have to give him credit and respect for reaching out even after a year. I choose to believe that he is genuinely concerned about his customers and was mislead by his then service staff.

2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid review
I has never envisioned myself buying a Hyundai until I looked at them. I quickly fell in love with the looks of the Santa Fe and Palisade. I chose the Palisade because it was bigger and I chose the Hybrid because of the wonderful reviews I read about it. So far the car droves like a dream. I think it is a car that looks as good as similar mid size SUV's at a much higher price. And I know the reviews for reliability and performance are often better than the more expensive competitors. My only complaint might be all the high tech stuff I have to learn about it. But I think that is pretty much the same with all new cars these days. Bonus is my Palisade has a wonderful Bose system that sounds fabulous. Hyundai has won this GM abd Chrysler girl over!

Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Today we went in to Sunset to look for a new truck for me. Unfortunately it was not in the cards dealt to us. So my wife and I decided to look for a new car for her. George was our salesman and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgable about the cars and was very friendly to my little boys He was also very patient with us as we tried to figure out a budget and what we can afford. Finally we were set on a 2016 Escape. I test drove it and even for a big guy like myself, it was a fantastic vehicle. We went back in and crunched the numbers and came up with a deal. The finance manager Mike was again fantastic and worked his magic to get a payment within our budget. He has earned the Nickname Magic Mike from me. I am 125% satisfied with the staff at Sunset Ford. This was my second car from there and I am looking forward to buying my third. Hopefully it will be my new truck.
2026 Ford F-150 review
This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.
