As I am learning all the new features of my new 2026 Crosstrek, there are things that pose a challenge. Today I had a problem with the radio and phone system. I immediately called Steven Schwartz and he dropped everything with his friendly and positive attitude to help with my problems. He solicited the help of Tara, who without missing a beat, came out in the freezing cold to troubleshoot my car problems and DID!! What a great duo and assets to your dealership. It is always such a pleasure to deal with them. In addition, I would like to acknowledge Nick, who also came out in the freezing cold to adjust the air pressure in my new tires. The customer service provided at your dealership is unparalleled by any other dealership I have worked with, and your staff, especially these three should be recognized. I personally cannot think them enough for their time, patience, and cheerful interactions. Again a credit to your organization, and to any customer who has the privilege of dealing with them

Great service; really takes care of their customers and the snacks in the waiting area are to bad.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

He went out of his way to help me and completed the service in a timely manner, keeping me updated during each step of teh process. I would highly recommend Jim and the Subaru Superstore to any customer looking for a welcoming, trusting environment. You will not find any place better than the Subaru Superstore in East Chandler, AZ.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Flower SubaruReviews
Flower Subaru review
I am so delighted to be part of the Flower auto family. Last week I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Flower Subaru. The buying experience was so easy and streamlined. Fritz Flower, Jazz Janda and Chris Bravo were all exemplary to work with. They truly went the extra mile on my behalf. This is my first Subaru, and I can readily understand why Subaru has the numerous accolades as a superb vehicle. Many, many thanks to you at Flower Subaru-I highly recommend the dealership for your next auto purchase.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Worked with Joe Haga this past weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. His expertise was exactly what I needed when coming in to trade in my lease and lease a newer 2026 Subaru SUV. His patience, work ethic, and genuine dedication to getting his customers the best deals and presenting options that align with their wants and needs is unmatched. Anthony Pacheco at North Park Subaru provided us with excellent customer service, from ordering and securing the specific Outback Wilderness we wanted (when no other dealers in the state seemed to be able to), keeping us informed weekly until the car arrived, and then walking us through a smooth and easy purchase process at the dealership, including a through walk-through of vehicle features. Everyone at the dealership was genuinely nice and very professional. We were in and out quickly. I would highly recommend buying a new car from them!!

Devon made my rather large repair service as pleasant and easy as possible. Although I do regular maintenance, it seemed everything needed to be done at once. It's too early to see how the repairs hold up. 4 maintenance experience I wish I could have planned for this sooner, I just would have bought a new car from Rich. He's terrific. We've bought 2 of our 3 Subarus from him. Thanks again Devon!

I was very interested in the new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, but it was hard to find. Jeremy and Marcus, from Peltier were super helpful. They were able to find the one I was looking for at another dealership. After buying, not only they loaned a car until I got my car, but they delivered it to Austin, TX. I'm very happy with my Subaru and the they way I was treated at Peltier Subaru.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

Reliable SubaruReviews
Reliable Subaru review
This dealership has always gotten me in ASAP or sooner. Danny Vaughn is always great! I want to know why, how and what service is done to my car. It is not because I do not trust, I am curious and always in the learning mode. Danny is excellent at explaining, is knowledgeable about my car, and very much of a gentleman and always has a smile to share.

Southern States Subaru review
This dealership went above and beyond for my family! We drove 7 hours to buy our vehicle from an honest dealership. Trade and purchase was seamless, no gimmicks. They exceeded our expectations and it was worth the drive to get our Subaru from Southern State Automotive. Thanks Pat, Bryant, Eldwood & Chris!

Mike, the service shop's manager, is one of the most strait forward, honest, customer service based people I've ever come across. I came in for a simple oil change and was in and out quickly. I had questions and he had no problem taking time out of his day to help me. Thanks again!
