I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was looking for a specific used vehicle that happened to be at a Porsche dealership. My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

I brought in my Ram 1500 to repair a totally dead HVAC system and the technician quickly determined the bad parts. Angelo Gamundi, the service advisor contacted me for approval, advising me the one part would take several days to come in. He was very responsive when I contacted him for an update and when the part came in early he quickly arranged the install and contacted me to advise when I could pick up the truck. The only real negative was that a service tech left an empty drink cup in one of the drink holders.
